What an amazing place to stay! For short stays or for holidays if you want to discover all highlights of the Valais. Centrally located, welcoming staff, exceptional design and the mouthwatering breakfast, makes this hotel a place you always want to go back.

What a gem of a place and a lovely hotel right in the middle of the cobbled streets of the old town. This hotel is a short walk from the train station and is welcoming, warm, quiet and feels quality. The rooms don’t have TV or kettles etc but loads of cafes nearby. Sockets in rooms need Swiss adapters!

We chose Hotel de Londres due its great location just up from the railway station and it was perfect for our 4 night stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and we really loved the breakfasts (yes, the granola). The Hotel with its wonderful ambiance feels more like a home ! We came to ride the fantastic Swiss trains including The Glacier Express and we really could not have made a better choice! A huge shout out to Lilian the owner for being so warm, welcoming and interesting! Thank you for making our stay so memorable and your excellent restaurant recommendations!! We stayed a couple of nights in Brig and thought it might be the low-point of our self-planned rail tour of Switzerland and were more than pleasantly surprised at how nice a town it was and this great hotel. We stayed in one of the double-room suites at the very top floor. The ceiling beams and funky roof slopes of the top floor were really fun from an architectural standpoint and there were great views out the windows (though they are small, historical, windows). The bed was very comfortable and we liked that we had windows on either side of the floor that we could open up to get fresh air. The hotel host was super nice and accommodating. The common area off the lobby had a very homey feeling; so much so that we decided to go down there and have a drink and hangout to to play a game of scrabble in the afternoon. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from. We came across the Channa restaurant around the corner from the hotel and thought it was closed until we opened the door and went inside... --what a scene and what a menu. Tons of locals out for dinner. Very festive and bustling. Another cool thing about this hotel is that it was super easy to walk to from the train station. Just a few very gently sloping blocks that were easy to navigate with our roller bags. No need for a taxi!

Such a cool hotel. The decor is cozy, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better. Loved the historical feel.

We loved this little boutique hotel! Lots of character. Neat little lounge area to hang out in with honor bar. We had a 2 room suite which worked well for our family of 4. Short walk from the train station, and located in a trendy area. Breakfast was just fantastic, made to order eggs and homemade granola, fresh croissants. Fabulous! Very personalized and attentive service, the manager checked in with us regularly and offered helpful suggestions on things to do while in the area. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is easy to find, as it is straight down the main road from the train station and is an easy walk. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The honesty bar is great because you can get a variety of snacks and drinks, including coffee and wine at your leisure. The morning breakfast was good. The room, however, was a bit small, particularly the bathroom. There is no t.v. in the room, but that really didn't matter to us. The biggest drawback was the loud music from an area bar. The loud bass made it difficult to sleep as it carried on until after 1 am. This made for a tough next day when we were taking the Glacier Express. All in all, a nice place, but be aware that the music might keep you awake.

Very cozy and friendly hotel. Free breakfast in the morning, and it was always delicious. Staff are kind, the area is very cute, quiet, and super close to the train station for easy traveling. Beautiful area, would recommend and return in the future!

We had a lovely relaxing overnight stay at the hotel. Even though there was the motorbike festival right outside our door, we very much enjoyed the free concert, and everything was quiet before midnight. Close to train station (but no train noise) - skifields nearby, and Brig is a great stopover on your way to/from Italy, and a direct train from the Airport or Zurich city centre.
