Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre.

La décoration et l'aménagement de l'hôtel sont superbes. Des couleurs sombres qui donne une ambiance moderne et classe. La chambre elle même est vraiment très grande et agréable. En terme d'équipements, une machine espresso et une bouilloire sont disponibles dans la chambre avec 2 dosettes de café et de thé. Un accès à une salle de sport est possible jusqu'à 21h30. Le seul bémol : l accès à la piscine payant, 25 e par personne et pour une durée limitée... Dommage. Cela gâche un peu le tableau...

L’ accueil est parfait, personnel souriant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et copieux. Le quartier et l’établissement sont silencieux avec un parking privé gratuit. Chambre agréable avec une literie absolument parfaite ! (Mais 1 seule petite bouteille d’eau « Cristaline » au coût moyen de 0,18€ en grande surface pour 2 ?) Au final, Bon séjour…

非常不錯的酒店

Nice hotel with all facilities (gym included) and good quality of food and room/room service. The only shortcoming is that the waiters could not speak English (this is a pity all over France actually!).

My room was 12 sqm, this including shower, toilets, bathroom. The bad was covering the rest of the room surface. From the shower you were stepping directly on the carpet, so this one was humid and smelling very bad. I am asking myself if it is even legal to sell this size of room for more than 100 eur/night! The TV set was not working properly. You need to pay extra for access to sauna and pool! On the positive side, free parking, cleaning, soundproofing. But too little for too much money!

Room was conform all requirements But sadly, check in - breakfast/dinner area very chaotic Because of a football team that was staying there at the same time, other guests were offered VERY reduced choice of meals. The menu that was suggested on their digital information board in the room was also not available for that reason.

Cliente Best Western depuis des années, je n'ai jamais eu le moindre problème jusqu'à cet hôtel.... J'arrive, jeune fille très agréable et sympa à l'accueil, bel hôtel, déco sublime, tout va bien. Ça se complique dans la chambre....literie visiblement neuve mais un lit tellement moelleux que hyper douloureux, n'importe quel ostéopathe serait heureux de travailler à côté, souffrant d'une lombalgie, ce matelas était impossible, de plus on m'a collé en chambre PMR alors que je n'avais rien demandé, pratique pour faire pipi et se doucher en même temps 🤦🏻‍♀️......bref loin du séjour en amoureux. Je descends immédiatement à l'accueil, j'explique le problème de la literie et là, stupéfaction, on appelle la directrice et dz là, s'en suit un vrai sketch avec une responsable de mauvaise foi et terriblement mal aimable, d'ailleurs une lettre recommandée avec AR sera envoyée dans les jours à venir devant tant de manque d'éducation et de professionnalisme, résultat de tout ça, 700km dans les jambes et trouver un nouvel hôtel en catastrophe et 0 aide de celui-ci, aucune empathie, sympathie etc etc.... C'est la 1ère fois de ma vie que je rencontre une telle situation et que je suis autant furieuse après un hôtel. Oui la qualité d'une literie est à l'appréciation de chacun mais ce qui s'est passé avec la directrice de l'hôtel est inadmissible et ça, ça ne passe pas. Résultat, nous sommes restés 35mn et nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel pour nous dépanner en urgence. 0 pointé

We were very well welcomed for check-in by Charline, who took the time to accompany us to our room. Let me tell you that I have not experienced that a lot in the past and I have been to many hotels in Europe (private and pro). So I was thinking "was a nice start !" The hotel is indeed a good one : excellent matresses (good sleep is so important when you are away from home !), staff is absolutely polite and friendly, restaurant seemed really good (but I can not confirm since we were always eating outside), building is not so noisy despite the location (I was quite worried because of the motorway nearby). The downside was the lack of follow-up : something was broken in the room and I flagged it straight away, we stayed one week and nothing happened, nothing at all... one week ! I flagged it again during check-out, but at that point it had become useless to me now... too bad... it's not normal. No hair-dryer in a 4-star room, really ? Italian shower might be designed to look modern and fancy, but the glass wall is too small --＞ what a mess, all the water flooding outside, you end up clean yourself during vacation. No soap holder, it just swims there... No coat rack at room entrance/wall :-( Only 8 clothes hangers for 2 people, that's not enough, sorry. Depending on the occupancy in the hotel, their private/safe parking is quickly overfull, and your car ends up staying outside. We asked if the the parking spots next to the hotel were OK (foreign plate, you just never know), YES was the answer. The next morning our 2 rear-view mirrors were pushed back but fortunetaly not broken, Well well good to know..... To put it in a nutshell, the hotel is really good but I believe that there is room for improvement in order to be rated as a real 4-star.
