We loved staying at SpringHill Suites. Our room was spacious and clean. We did think the tv was in a weird spot. Although our bed was made and garbage removed everyday we had to ask to have the toilet cleaned. I thought that was weird. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every morning. The young man named Omar who took care of the breakfast area each morning was amazing. He was constantly cleaning and refilling everything. He did a great job. It wasn’t a bad ride into the city from here about 20 minutes. Plus it was close to many restaurants.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Suite was nice for our family of four. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast.

This property for the perfect place for my one night stay. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free complimentary breakfast was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville.

Great stay and comfortable beds. One exception is the design of the room to have an opaque glass door for the bathroom which is at the foot of the beds. If someone gets up while it is dark in the room, it lights up the room and disturbs the sleep of others. There should be more cups for the Kuerig. With 6 pods and 2 cups, it is likely previous people have measured water into the coffee maker with a used cup.

Even though the shuttle from airport to hotel was down, the stay was overall excellent for our stay. Very polite rooms clean and fresh. Beds comfy, delicious breakfast provided. Overall 5:5 would recommend

We had no controls over the temperature and fan in our room. We tried to turn down as the fan was so loud and it was vibrating the bed. My husband complained to the night manager and he said all the rooms were like that. I spoke to the desk clerk in a.m and she looked as if she was questioning my story and that they would look into it. Frustrating night

It was a very nice hotel. Only one negative in our room. The toilet paper holder was broken. Also the breakfast was poor. Soggy eggs and cold coffee

We booked a night to celebrate my niece’s 5th birthday with a few of her cousins. The girls had a great time. The pool was maybe small for some, but the perfect size for our crew. The front desk staff was so friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who checked us in. She was so kind and gave each girl a little welcome bag. You’d be amazed at how excited they can get over having their own bag of snacks! The room was spacious and very clean. And the complimentary breakfast was wonderful as well. Would definitely book again!
