ok for a short stay over, very well placed for a quick access to the train station

Good for a business trip.

Great hotel, air con in the rooms, food was good, parking could have been better for large vans.

unclean, air con didn’t work, staff have attitude, no one in the desk most the time especially in the morning hard to find staff

Limited parking here, you can park at the train station for around £5 a day it’s secure and mins walk from the hotel, above all the hotel was clean, the staff especially Karen was very much accommodating really happy stay. Would highly recommend staying here, close to motorways and easy to get to for east london

Comfortable room although disappointed to find a used towel in the bathroom from a previous guest. Unfortunately dinner in Thyme restaurant ruined by the Chef constantly shouting very loudly. No background music, only the chef shouting which is awful to listen to and not fair on the staff. The staff seem scared to speak out and advised me that the only way this will be taken seriously is if I do a review! Definitely going to eat out whilst staying here rather than be subjected to the chef shouting!

Hotel a bit tired but very comfortable, excellent shower in the room ! Went for dinner in the Tyme restaurant, staff very attentive and friendly food decent and good value. Totally spoiled however by the chef on duty constantly shouting and yelling at the waiting staff. This is the 21st Century why are you as a company tolerating this behaviour? Both myself and my colleague were horrified!

No parking onsite and nobodty around to ask about off-site parking Only 1 towel in the room for 2 adults Shower valve would not turn off Not blaming the staff, who were freindly and helpful about the towels and the shower, but the corporation who owns Premier Inn seem to have cut costs to the bone.

I've stayed at Brentwood Premier Inn before. I like the location for visiting family who live in the area. Overall this visit was good. Value for money, comfortable, cooked breakfast was good, staff are reasonably pleasant. Cleanliness of the room no problem. BUT...the sofas in the lobby need a good vacuum in between the cushions to remove the crumbs,crisps and other food debris. Also why are the dinning tables sticky? It's like they haven't been cleaned.
