퀄리티 인 & 스위트(Quality Inn & Suites Bremen)

We reserved a handicap accessible room, or so we thought. 1st Issue: handicap parking spaces nowhere close to the room. 2nd: support bars fixed behind the toilet, how does that work??? Fortunately we didn't need to use the tub which, although there were 4 bars on the 3 surrounding walls, was inaccessible due to high entrance front step. 3rd: due to my wife's limitations, I needed to assist her lowering and rising from the toilet with less than minimal room between the toilet and wall. 5th: sitting in her wheelchair she was unable to reach the sink properly. All told this room definitely does not meet handicap standards. Last complaint: for a non-smoking facility there was definite cigarette smoke filtering in almost all night. I'm guessing because the below-window a/c units pulled in outside air, where there were several individuals smoking in the courtyard including maintenance staff. On a positive note, the management staff I engaged were polite and accommodating.

Everything was great except we asked the night time desk person after we checked in if we could have a late check out for noon. He said that was fine and said he would put it in the system. In the morning we were called at 11 saying we had to go. We explained that we were supposed to have a late check out but the woman wouldn’t listen. We had to hurry up and get out and couldn’t even shower. In our rushed departure I left an expensive cord to my gaming system behind. Thanks for that…

Front desk afternoon help was very pleasant and well versed in the surroundings and answered all of our questions.

we checked in late at night so we didnt get a good look at the place but what i remember the outside was nice, you park right outside your room which was nice, didnt have hot breakfast or a pool but it was a nice cheap place to lay down rest and recharge after a long day of driving.

Used bar of soap in the shower, door had a gap between it and the door frame, top step of stairs separating from concrete

Admittedly I booked the wrong hotel as I thought I booked the holiday inn. The room I got was old and dirty. There was left over food in the mini fridge and the light on the night stand was rusty and dirty. The bathroom had nails sticking out of the door trim and a very bad repair job on the plaster beside the tub. The water pressure was very good but that didn’t make up for the rest of the rest room.

The free breakfast is pretty mediocre but they have (paid) electric vehicle chargers on site, which was very convenient

I did not like the fact that I had to walk so far to my room. Also, the toilet was too low for this 62 year old Senior Citizen.

The room was clean and quiet. The man at the desk when I checked in was extremely polite and friendly.
