Rooms were nice and comfortable (although there are no tea and coffee making facilities), the lobby is done out nicely and has a pool table and interactive dart board and a reasonable bar and the food was tasty however there were some serious problems with the penta. Although one of the staff members was really nice - blonde chap with glasses - the rest of the staff were so rude it was unbelievable. As well as this the kitchen was almost always closed due to staffing and there was no hot water one day. They just don't seem to have it all running properly. Nice and easy to get around Bremen though with good access to bus routes and trams.

So pleased we booked this hotel. Easy to reach from the town centre using public transport. The #24 bus stops straight outside. Very warm and cozy inside which was great given that it was snowing throughout our stay. We booked their largest room with kitchen and living room and were very happy as it had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable that it was extremely difficult to drag ourselves out each morning.

Nice enough hotel but the restaurant was closed and the bar didn't have the cocktails that they were advertising on the tables. Hotel is not city centre. Parking is easy enough and it's handy for stopping off.

Great vibe in the hotel - staff were great - food was lovely

Hotel was ok on the border to an upscale residential area of Bremen. Facilities ok, nice lobby, rooms ok, service was ok. Not ok was the fact that two months AFTER WE CHECKED OUT we were charged for four times breakfast out of four days while we only had one breakfast on the first morning. When I called them the receptionist spoke like a little teacher, explaining that “you need to settle your bill when you check out”. Instead of initiating a conversation about what might have gone wrong in their accounting they accuse their guests straight away and just deduct fictional amounts from your card, so be aware. No refund until today. Stay away, they are unprofessional, charge you for nothing and then get cheeky about it

Cannot understand the recent review. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful from reception to the cleaners. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots to choose from, fried eggs were not overcooked or greasy, fresh bread and rolls, big muesli selection, fresh fruit... The bed and room were clean and comfortable and not overheated, like many other hotels. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and as buses to and from the centre come every 10 minutes most of the day. We had a mix-up with credit card payment too, but it was all sorted out quickly and professionally. We will return next time in Bremen!
