Bed was uncomfortable, no extra blankets or pillow cases. No housekeeping. Dated and shower leaked.

Decent place. Walls are a little thin but not too bad. The toilet in our room probably could use a new flapper also. Overall was a good stay for 1 night. They were able to give me a late checkout also which was much appreciated to not have to rush in the morning.

This place is not good, the sleeper sofa was dirty and gross, it needs to be replaced. You shouldn’t advertise the sleeper sofa , it is unusable, we had to use an air mattress for our kids. The dishwasher was broken. This place was not worth the price we paid. We will not stay here again. We should get part of our money back.

Its a great layout and location. However one of the remotes did not work, water on the floor in the bathroom, and ceiling in bathroom is leaking. We talked with the front desk and they will address it.

Everyone is so nice at this family friendly hotel. All staff truly practiced southern hospitality from the front desk to the service staff getting the breakfast meal ready each morning. What we really appreciated was the gluten free options available at the breakfast buffet. Since we travel with this allergy, it can sometimes be challenging to find things to eat. Not here!

The room was adequate and clean. The mattress on the pull out sofa was not good. We could feel the springs. Also, we have stayed at MANY Marriotts and could not believe that this one did not have any recycling bins. Now the positives and they far outweigh those 2 things: . Friendly staff ever!!! Everyone there was great . Great breakfasts and it is not the same every day. Bonnie was so friendly and does a great job. The bounty of condiments for the oatmeal was incredible. Best orange juice ever. . What a great perk to have afternoon cookies!!!! And they are great! And loved the infused water with fresh fruit. . One of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at. Great job Residence Inn!! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Have stayed here several times but this visit was not good. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite with a crib. Upon arrival was told all cribs have been broken for sometime . Why wasn't I told this when I booked. They did bring up a pack and play which was also broken and no way could a child sleep in that. The room was dirty, furniture was torn with stuffing coming out, mold in the shower, one toilet was broke, body wash and shampoo containers were empty. The floor was filthy in the room and the hallway. For 300 dollars I expect better.

This was an ok stay at the Branson Residence Inn. Some good, some bad. Good: -The breakfast! One of the best free hotel breakfast I have seen. She kept it stocked and cleaned the entire time. She should be hired to teach other hotel’s how to run a busy breakfast. Thank you! -Room, while slightly small for a 1 bedroom. It was very clean. They took pride in making sure it is clean. -Plenty of free parking -I called one afternoon asking for clean towels and the trash taken out. The lady at the front desk serviced our room herself. And not just the towels and trash. Thank you! -AC worked great -Bed was comfy, room was quiet. Bad: -Rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay. I am assuming this is a staffing issue, bcs as I stated above, our room was immaculately cleaned, so it isn’t a lazy problem. We got to where we would put the trash and dirty towels out the door in the morning bcs that’s all we really needed. But for some reason house keeping would never give us clean towels back to replace what they just took. We had to get them from the front desk every evening when we got back. -We called about our sink being clogged. We were told it will get looked it. It never did get fixed. -Hot tub (still) out of order -Pool water was frigid I would consider staying here again. A lot of these problems would probably fix themselves with just a few more people working.

Very clean, comfy and quiet! On 2nd night someone checked into a room a few doors down w 2 barking dogs the mgmt did all they could to take care of it We went downstairs into the seating area to play some games they have available out of no where the front desk lady came out w/ fresh popcorn! There wasn’t a unfriendly worker in this hotel at all!
