Perfect place perfect location perfect cleanliness perfect service. Staff are amazing as are the housekeepers. 10/ 15 min walk into city centre but loads of taxis. Restaurant is amazing, and staff are lovely !! Will definitely be back soon

Jenny on reception was very welcoming and friendly, always smiling nothing was too much trouble and she gave is hood recommendations of things to see and do. Room lovely and warm on arrival, very clean and cosy beds, extrs pillows were great! Will stay again

It was a lovely clean room room and the staff were delightful and very eager to help and Gracie was an absolute delight I wish staff throughout the whole franchise was as great as Carlisles team I highly recommend staying here when you are visiting this lovely city

Me and the family stayed two days over the weekend and had a great time! The rooms were cheap with access for the pram. The room was kept to a good standard and the staff at the front desk was really helpful when we needed more towels. The young woman with the blonde hair gave us a warm welcome and made the check in simple while the kids were running riot. Great customer service for a cheap comfy sleep!

The room was tidy and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in, all the staff were very friendly however the woman at the desk named grace or Gracie I think was very helpful and friendly and made me feel at home. Would definitely stay again !

Be warned, if you are in the annex building, there is no wifi, the receptionist knows this but will not do anything to help. Asked if I could change rooms into main accommodation block, told I couldn’t as receptionist would then have to clean room. Disgusting service, Premier inn are getting worse, this is the worst one so far.

Perfect stay, lovely comfy bed. All staff were very amazing and attentive!! Restaurant was great, very clean hotel and large car park! Not a long walk into the city centre so perfect location. Quiet and peaceful stay overall, will definitely be back
