Step outside to the outdoor area, where you'll find a private heated pool and spa, a covered seating area with an outdoor dining table for 8 and a bar top for 2, a propane BBQ grill, a foosball table, and lush tropical landscaping. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores. The pool is heated from approximately mid-October to Easter and is set at 85 degrees. During especially colder weather, we are unable to guarantee that the pool can maintained to the desired temperature. The attached spa has a control panel that will heat it up separately to 101 degrees (allow up to 1.5 hours for heating). Driveway parking includes up to 4 vehicles. Dogs 25lbs or less are welcome; a $175 Pet Fee is required per dog; no dangerous breeds allowed and no more than 2 dogs. Dogs that are not disclosed will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation. Marina Proximity: Our home backs to the Bradenton Beach Marina, and there is on occasion associated noise related to the moving and storing of boats.
