At the Hampton inn in Westborough, Mass, our reservation for 1/24 and 1/25 was for a Studio room (like a suite). We got there and was told directly our reservation on the 4th floor has been given away and that we would be given a double queen. This double was cramped and the mattresses were poor. Also, one of the desk clerks said that since it was booked through a 3rd party (**********) we had no recourse. No refund no perks from anyone. Plus, no responses from several attempts at virtual chat. Also got a phone message from ********** promising a refund; none so far; They said the Hotel in question had contacted them and promised a refund. No word yet.
