I am the same costumer that have been visiting Belise Apartments several times. My previous visits were without car and when the reception was closed. However, a particular and unpleasant situation happened in my last visit when I was trying to park my last visit. Cuz the administration gave me advice by mobile to park wherever I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, because I couldn’t understand well the directions to park my car. There were many car park available, I parked in a private park without nothing it . The next day when I did my check in at the reception I received a map to park. Sadly, when I went to pick up my car to check it. Was literally full of black and dirty tape and advice paper everywhere like I was a intruder. I was shocked and I asked at receptionist by the don’t even apologise because of that . That was really shocking. Instead to vandalises my car they should have called to move my car to a different spot. I am very disappointed because the previous services were amazing . However it looks like they don’t care about the frequent costumer. Furthermore, the bonus deposit is hold for so long . Even though I already had a previous bonus hold by Belise Apartments they are still holding the rest from my previous visit. The previous one is already three weeks. Really annoying cuz . Months ago I had the same situation. I had to call to ask why it takes so long to be returned. My last experience was disappointing.
