Walking distance to "Up Yonda Farm"..a nature preserve with an easy hike to overlook the lake. The town of Bolton has 2 town beaches, tennis courts and a picnic area. Newly installed central air and high end generator to ensure power in storm. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. In the winter month rentals you need 4 wheel drive. The road is plowed but without 4 wheel you will get stuck in the snow.
