The hotel was beautiful, pool warm and staff lovely. Restaurant wasn’t up to standard but cocktails really yum.

酒店的環境很不錯，離海邊很近，設計佈局挺喜歡的，這次時間比較倉促，沒有好好在附近逛逛，等之後有時間再來小住幾天

위치나 시설면에서 좋은 호텔입니다. 우리는 정말 편안하고 환상적인 전망을 즐길 수 있는 씨뷰 스위트를 이용했습니다. 우리가 전혀 마음에 들지 않았던 것은 아침 식사였습니다. 그것은 매우 혼란스러웠고 때로는 커피가 가져오지 않았기 때문에 서비스를 기다리는 데 매우 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 때때로 많은 아이들이 뛰어다니고 놀 때 발생하는 매우 높은 소음 수준으로 인해 이곳에서는 매우 불편함을 느꼈습니다. 마찬가지로 밖에 있는 수영장도 어른들이 수영하기에는 거의 사용할 수 없는 곳이었습니다. 이른 아침부터 오전 8시부터 수건이 있는 일광욕 의자가 하루 종일 예약되어 하루 종일 차단되었습니다. 그 외에도 수영장의 소음 수준이 매우 높아서 발코니를 제외하고는 견딜 수 없었습니다. 또한, 휴가철에는 호텔 내에서 페인팅 작업을 하시면 안 됩니다. 이 호텔은 낭만적인 커플의 휴가에는 권장되지 않습니다. 하지만 이곳에서는 무엇이든 할 수 있기 때문에 어린 아이들에게는 확실히 꿈입니다!!!

Hi , just wanted to say had a delicious set lunch yesterday, for me the star was the excellent pannacotta - Thankyou for sharing recipe. I will be back when the main menu changes which we were told it shall be soon. Thanks again for a good lunch - thank fully have now found somewhere in Bournemouth worth coming to and can recommend.

Hotel has a fantastic decor with soft jazz music played throughout. Beautiful swimming and SPA facilities , massage therapist had applied one the best techniques I experienced so far. Room was spacious with very comfortable bed and power shower. One of the best customer service I experienced , staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Exceptional welcome by Susanne, Marzena from housekeeping was very helpful and compliments to whole breakfast team for always friendly welcome and helpful attitude. I wish Spa reception team would improve to match their colleagues friendliness and effort. Housekeeping team deserves recognition as lead colour of interiors is white but its all spotless and clean Breakfast food was nice overall. Surprised to see hotel serving cortado and it was actually nice ( some London best baristas can not make proper cortado so compliments here) Tasty porridge, avocado eggs, nice to see chia seeds, goji berries and coconut yogurt being served. Overall perfect stay but few improvements are needed. Room temperature was set to max 24 degrees and fan was weak so I was cold at night. I was informed on checkout it can be increased from reception, should have asked but it should have not been limited in a first place. Cocktail ingredients and tonics can be improved to incorporate more artisan brands Building works outside were an obstacle to enjoy outside space but gladly indoor lovely pool and spa made up for it Hard to tip therapist at Spa, lack of knowledge from reception so I gave up at the end. Shame as Merita deserves recognition for one of the best massage technique. She has great skills and talent One of housekeepers has bad habit of placing toilet paper on toilet brush holder instead of actual paper holder which is next to it- unhygienic. This needs addressing. Breakfast is nice but Lunch / Dinner menu needs step up and improvements. Despite few hiccups I have had very enjoyable stay, great facilities and fantastic, polite and friendly staff - they are true credit to The Nici

The best most underrated hotel I’ve been to! Honestly I was amazed at how much thought went into the decor of the hotel. Luxury and modern! The spa was a little busy but still had a great time, plenty of lounge beds by the pool side. The rooms where lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast is a buffet but still very fresh.

An amazing stay from start to finish at The Nici hotel! Evie at reception was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. She even upgraded our room for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise! The exceptional service provided by Evie and the rest of the staff made our experience truly fantastic. The hotel itself was equally impressive, with its luxurious amenities, stunning decor, and convenient location. It felt like we were on holiday, even though we were just at home. We kept asking each other where we were staying because it felt like such a getaway! We'll definitely be back!

We visited The Nici for an afternoon tea as a group of 5. The hotel is beautiful and on arrival we were seated in the bar. After 15 minutes we had our drinks order taken and we were seated 15 minutes after the time our table was booked for (this was not the end of the world). We asked 3 times if our food was coming and were given some complimentary nuts and olives as there was such a delay. When the tea arrived the requested vegetarian sandwiches were not separate to the ones containing meat, we requested more and they did appear after 10 minutes. The cakes were nice, the scones rock hard and although given 2 each only enough cream and jam for one each. Once again we waited and finally managed to order some coffees. These were added to the bill in error which we did have taken off with an apology from the lovely staff member. All in all the Nici looks beautiful but the service and food is far from that of a 5 star unfortunately and some of the staff seem very unhappy to be there 😕

This hotel is so underrated! I had the best time. It’s like being abroad. Absolutely loved the decor and pool. The room was clean and spacious and the beds where comfy.
