Hotel Xaluca Dades

We were welcome by traditional music. The decor and architecture is Moroccan inspired. Room has rock walls and kept the room temperature on the colder side. Lovely outdoor pool and lounge area. Their buffet displayed an array of appetizing choices. Though visually appealing, they taste pretty bland.

Staed for 1 night whilst touring Morocco. We stayed at the sister hotel  Kasbah Xaluca the previous night where we had excellent hot food. However both dinner and breakfast the food was again just about warm. Such a shame, as the hotel itself was good. Bar area nice, excellent pool area and great views. Only other negative was the step into the bathroom. In the night without lights it could be dangerous. Be careful.

We stayed in Dades Xaluca Hotel for one night as a stopover on our journey. As hotels go in Dades, I've been told that this one is at or near the top of the list. The expansive view from the hotel is very nice as is the pool. The room was adequate though we thought it strange and somewhat dangerous that the bathroom was up a large step which could easily be missed in the darkness of night, especially considering that there are no nightlights. To plug in your phone next to the bed required unplugging the bedside light from the one outlet that was available. The one real dissatisfier that our group had was with the food. The dining room meals are served buffet style and the quality and offerings were substandard in our group's opinion.

It was more a castle a kasbah, and the room was also very rustic and different to a normal hotel room it is possible to get a drink or a glas of wine, and enjoy it on the big sun terraces.. we missed some chairs at the balcony, and the room hasn’t any chair. The dinner buffet was very big and nice, but the food was not hot even we were there from the beginning. But all over a nice place. Nice and helpful people

What an experience! Loved the dancing girls and drummers on arrival. Rooms were definitely different and the beds were typically hard but we were so tired we didn’t care. The views from the balcony are stunning. Loved this hotel. Food was good, breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Stayed one night on way to Merzouga tour on luxury deal. Well worth it. Beautiful African art all throughout hotel. Large and spacious feel. Great room views of valley. Didn’t try the pool but it’s pretty grand. WiFi is a little slow and no chair in room if I was being petty.

Would not stay here again. It Is a mid tier hotel chain, trying to appear as a luxury resort. Shower in our room was broken, rooms are small and spare (fine in a city, but this is in the middle of nowhere). Food is buffet style with group seating, little choice of timing. Food was not good

Such an experience. dancing girls on arrival greeting us was a lovely touch. The hotel is like something from a movie set. The rooms were really lovely. Beds really comfy and bathrooms clean. Everything had been delightfully set up. Pool area was clean and the views were amazing. Food was a buffet style but lots of choice and the staff were really attentive. We only had one night, wished we’d had longer.

Beautiful hotel. This hotel had beautiful decorations throughout. There is a great pool deck and bar on the top floor. The only problem is the beds are like extremely firm and uncomfortable. The beds are also mounted on a cement platform, and I stubbed my toe several times. There is a large step up to go to the bathroom from the bedroom level to the bathroom level. I found this problematic in the middle of the night and decided to leave the bathroom light on. Wifi was great.
