We chose this hotel because we thought it was close to Aix TGV station ... unfortunately it's a good half-hour drive away on a kind of business estate. Secondly we chose it for its pool, but the pool had closed the day before on 30th September. Thirdly, we expected a meal, but the restaurant was closed! Instead of explaining that it would open again for breakfast and lunch next day, we were directed to take an Uber to a 'village' called Plan de Campagne - this turned out to be a shopping centre where all the restaurants were again closed! Thank goodness we did find a sweet little chain cafe called Pitaya selling Thai food (and we also met a really helpful person at the still-open Cave des Fromages and bought its excellent cheeses), but we then waited nearly an hour in a deserted parking lot for another Uber. Not a good way to spend our last night in France! However: the rooms are nice, the staff are otherwise intelligent and helpful, breakfast was good. The hotel is aimed at drivers who don't want to stop in city locations, and presumably at French guests who will know their way around instead of tourists who need more help in this kind of location. I felt sorry for the staff having to deal with such disappointed guests, but the website really does need to be more accurate.

Comfortable beds with with super bedding. Room absolutely spotless. Breakfast way beyond expectation. Staff incredibly friendly. A really good experience! You get so much more than you pay for!!

I booked this accommodation with ********** on the basis that is was less than 4 miles from Aix en Provence TGV so we could cycle there without difficulty. We cancelled accommodation in Aix city to be near the TGV The ********** listing was wrong - it was 10 kilometres away on busy roads. The Kyriad hotel took no responsibility for this stating it was ********** fault - ********** took no responsibility for this stating it was Kyriads fault. Where is the customer service with any of these people? As you can see from screenshot, ********** continue to list this hotel as 3.97 miles from the TGV - much more expensive taxi and very awkward by bus. I would actually have been easier to take shuttle bus from Aix city.

unfortunately the description on ********** website stated this hotel was 3.9 miles from Aix TGV - it was actually 10k, which caused a lot of problems getting to the station. In the circumstances, we were expecting more consideration than that the company would look into it and come back to us in due course - clearly they had the discretion to do something. we had dinner in their restaurant and discovered that the wine carafe had mould lying within the base of the bottle. We had to argue with staff that we should not have to pay for a replacement - seems obvious to me.

Le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable et serviable. Grandes Chambres et salles de bains très propres. Parking gratuit fermé la nuit. Restaurant "la boucherie" dans le même bâtiment. Et une piscine que nous avons grandement appréciée avec la canicule.

Hôtel pratique et conforme aux attentes Parking et chambre grande avec bonne literie Petit déjeuner correct Seuls points à revoir l’enregistrement était assez long car beaucoup d’arrivés en même et une seule personne à la réception (1 tire personne était présente mais n’aidait pas ) Pour la chambre 106 moquette en mauvaise état et porte de la salle de bain très abîmée à remplacer Restaurant la boucherie moyen pas très bon et personnel pas terrible (table non débarrassé avec reste alimentaire du donner encore présent au petit jeûneur du lendemain…)

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel del 13 al 16 de octubre 2023, con un grupo de amigos. Viajamos por el mundial de rugby. El día 15 de octubre, cuando volvimos al cuarto del hotel, después de haber estado todo el día afuera, nos dimos con que nos faltaba un parlante nuevo. Fuimos a la recepción y la persona que estaba ahí, quien en un principio no nos quiso decir su nombre, nos dijo que no era responsabilidad del hotel, y no sólo eso, sino que en ningún momento mostró predisposición para ver qué había pasado, con lo cual le pedimos que llamara a la policía, cosa que al principio se resistió, para que quedara asentado el hecho. Por otro lado, al pedir hablar con alguien responsable del hotel, esta misma persona, nos dijo que a la mañana siguiente a partir de las 08:00 estaría el encargado, cosa que no pasó. Estuvimos en el hotel hasta irnos a la estación de tren y esa persona nunca apareció. La verdad que no recomiendo este hotel, no solo porque desapareció el parlante, sino por la falta de empatía del recepcionista. P.D: a otra persona del grupo le desaparecieron sus auriculares inalámbricos. We stayed at the hotel from October 13 to 16, 2023, with a group of friends. We travel for the rugby world cup. The 15th of October, when we returned to the hotel room, after having been outside all day, we realized that our new speaker was missing. We went to the reception and the person who was there, who at first did not want to tell us his name, told us that it was not the hotel's responsibility, and not only that, at eany time he shown any willingness to see what had happened, so we asked him to call the police, which he initially resisted, so that the fact could be established. On the other hand, when we asked to speak to someone responsible of the hotel, this same person, told us that the manager would be there the next morning starting at 08:00, which did not happen. We were at the hotel until we went to the train station and that person never showed up. The truth is that I do not recommend this hotel, not only because the speaker disappeared, but also because of the lack of empathy of the receptionist. P.S: Another person in the group had his wireless headphones missing too.

J avis réservé un lit double et je me retrouve avec 2 lits simple, tv ne fonctionne pas, impossible d’acheter une bouteille d’eau Très moyen
