Premier Inn Bournemouth East (Boscombe)

Good location, 10 min walk to the beach. Staff very friendly, room very clean. Plenty of Parking. You can eat at the bar/restaurant on the side but we only used the bar later in the evening, staff were friendly. Would stay at this hotel again.

I have used this Premier Inn on several occasions for business reasons when I am in this location. It is easily accessible by road and close to the business that I have meetings with. However, the rooms are often cold and thus last stay, the reception staff couldn't solve the issue and no alternative room was offered. The hotel is often very noisy with other customers making excessive noise until the early hours. Not very helpful when you want to sleep!

Great location with plenty of parking. Very clean. Fabulous cocktails. Every Premier Inn needs a 'Ryann', what a very plesent young man with a great sense of humour. Thank you Ryann for going that extra mile to help us, you deserve a pay rise.

the staff greeting was nice, and the location is really good. make sure if you need s shower rather than bath to ask for one - we didn't unfortunately. the place was clean - which was good, just a few minor cracks in the bathroom in our room (first floor). car park was only issue, not really had to pay before so that wasn't great, but the entrance to the car park via the doors really smelled!! like someone had urinated. so only downside!! they had a lift for wheelchair use so that was good. yes i would return

Tidy Hotel in a good central location, very accessible but need to pay attention for carparking signs as its not obvious. Really good stay and will definitely use it again

Super friendly staff who were helpful, was very clean and the room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable bed

I have stayed here on a few occasions… most recently as a music gig was taking place in Bournemouth that I was going to with a family member. Ideally located… prices here vary depending on the time of year and so forth

We were let down overall due to 5 old people be put in different places round the hotel from 3rd to 10th Also bad service on the meals taking 3hrs 30min

Exceptional staff, great food, and parking but no broadband - like going back to the '90's So the management decisions are ruining this experience :( You have Gigabit available here, shame on you! All the work these amazing staff put in and you give them this which just frustrates the guests
