Please read before wasting your money on this establishment. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Dreadful service and the building itself looks in rather poor state. My room had been booked using a platform, for 1 adult and 2 children. When I told the young lady at reception, she adopted a condescending tone and told me that I could not have the room as it was for 2 adults. I was travelling on my own with my two young daughters. The reason I booked there in the first place is that dear old British Airways cancelled our flight at the last minute and I found myself having to urgently find a room on the same evening The Cure were having a concert in Bordeaux. This situation was through no fault of mine (flight cancellation + booking platform) and yet I had to make alternative arrangements on the spot. The cherry on the cake is that they refused to refund me after effectively turning me away despite the fact the room had been booked on trip.com.
