보라카이 섬, 박쥐 동굴 근처 호텔

보라카이에 3 번째로 갔을 때 처음 페어웨이 & 블루워터 리조트에 있었지만 너무 멀었습니다. 두 번째로 빌라 데 오로에 머물렀고 3 번째로 La Carmela에 머물 렀습니다. La Carmela에서의 우리의 체류는 클러치 결정 이었지만 정말 기억에 남는 결정이었습니다. 우리는 La Carmela에서 2022 년 새해 이브를 축하했습니다. 우리는 9 박 동안 거기에 머물렀다. 그러나 일부 직원은 그들이하는 일에 그렇게 헌신적이고 열정적이지 않습니다. 모두 매우 수용 적이었던 보안 요원을 제외하고는 말해야합니다. 나는 나 자신, 나는 프론트 오피스 에이전트이며, 그들이 제공하는 서비스에 대한 성실함을 느낄 수조차 없습니다. 저는 사실 라 카르멜라에서 많은 것을 기대했는데, 그 외에도 보이 아분다씨가 항상 모든 공연 중에 이 리조트를 홍보해 왔기 때문에 많은 유명인사와 영향력자들까지 라 카르멜라에 머물며 그들의 서비스를 좋아했던 것 같습니다. 그러나 실망스럽게도 불행히도 모든 기대가 충족되지 않았습니다. 음식은 평균이며, 매일 아침 식사는 항상 얼음 냉각으로 제공되었으며 수영장은 거대하고 아름답습니다. 해변 근처에 있고 다른 모든 곳과 가깝기 때문에 위치는 가치가 없습니다. 저는 그들이 손님에게 개인 서비스를 포함하여 서비스를 강화할 수 있기를 바랬습니다. 특히 경쟁자로서 이미 많은 호텔이 호황을 누리고 있다는 사실이 가장 중요합니다. 나는 La Carmela가 이미 수년 동안 거기에 있었다는 것을 알고 있으므로 그들의 유산을 좋은 것으로 만들지 않겠습니까? 전반적으로, 우리 방은 괜찮 았고, 우리는 우리 MUR를 위해 너무 오래 기다렸고, 어머니의 방의 AC는 잘 작동하지 않습니다. 나 같은 저예산 여행객에게 완벽한이 호텔을 다시 고려하고 싶습니다. 파트너, 어머니, 여동생과 9 박을했으며, 접시 아침 식사를 포함하여 모든 것을 위해 PHP 25k 만 지불했습니다. 내가 언급 한 모든 점을 고려해 주시기 바랍니다. 곧 see겠습니다. 가성비 좋은 리조트에요. 수영장이 넓은데 사람이 많지 않아서 수영장을 즐기기 좋았어요. 위치는 화이트비치를 걸어가려면 7~8분 정도 걸려요. 괜찮은 편이에요. 다만, 뒤쪽 건물을 배정해주셨는데 창문으로 다른 쪽 창이 다 보여서 불편했어요. 창문을 열어놓을 수 없었다고 할까요?ㅠ 또한 개미가 있어서 그 점도 불편했어요!

발렌타인 데이 주말에 거기에 갔다. 친절한 직원들과 함께 매우 즐거웠고 스위트룸은 깨끗하고 훌륭했습니다. 매우 조용하고 화이트 비치까지 도보 거리에 있으며 24시간 맥도날드와 지하철 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있어 간단한 식사를 하고 싶을 때 확실히 편리했습니다. 그들은 호텔에서 하루 아침 식사 바우처를 무료로 제공했으며 whuch도 매우 맛있었습니다. 페리를 타고 가는 것이 조금 있지만 패키지 거래를 할 수 있다면 꼭 추천합니다. 현지 운전사 중 한 명과 미리 계획을 세우십시오. 우리 비행기가 하루에 한 번만 루손의 클라크를 오가는 비행기를 탈 시간이 충분합니다. 그러나 매우 즐겁고, 또한 우리가했던 것처럼 아름다운 수정처럼 맑은 물에서 즐기면서 짧은 시간에 햇볕에 타지 않기 때문에 많은 자외선 차단제를 착용하십시오. 방의 에어컨은 햇볕에 타서 매우 도움이되고 즐거웠습니다. 샤워 시설에는 문이 없었기 때문에 욕실 바닥이 약간 젖을 것으로 예상됩니다. 방의 케이블 TV에서 볼 것도 많고 침대는 한쪽에서 약간 구불구불한 소리가 났지만 그렇지 않으면 매우 편안했습니다. 키 카드로 방에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

화장실 등 청결도는 조금 아쉬웠고 처음 방에 들어갔을 때 너무 꿉꿉하지만 에어컨 계속 틀어놓으니 괜찮았어요! 비치 바로 앞 위치랑 호텔 수영장 그리고 풀바, 마사지등은 너무 만족스러웠습니다! 조식당은 덥고 모기가 있어서 최대한 가운데로 앉는게 좋아요

스테이션2에 화이트비치 바로 앞에 있어서 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 보라카이 메인 거리를 느끼고 싶다면, 디몰과의 접근성을 생각한다면 굉장히 좋은 선택이었다고 생각합니다. 조식도 생각보다 맛있어서 놀랐습니다. 특히 베이컨이 덜 짜서 신기했네요ㅎㅎ 시설이나 이런건 좋았는데 다만 벌레들은 많이 나옵니다. 숙소 내에 음식물 노출되면 난리나니 조심하세요.

페어웨이에는 모든 것이 있습니다. 넓은 객실, 매우 도움이 되고 친절한 직원, 모든 수영장의 훌륭한 편의 시설, 전용 해변 및 거품 파티!!! 우리 가족은 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 음식은 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮습니다. 리조트 정문 주변으로 연중무휴 24시간 셔틀 서비스가 제공되므로 언제 어디서나 갈 수 있습니다. 아이들은 빨리 돌아오고 싶어합니다. 멋진 휴가를 보내주신 Fairways와 Bluewater Boracay에게 감사드립니다. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location is so convenient. It is right beside Astoria, which is the pick-up point for water activities. Superb beachfront hotel at an affordable price, includes buffet breakfast, with BIG rooms and I mean its really spacious! with hot water, toiletries, hair dryer and towels. Service is superb! They also arranged our parasailing for only P1,600 per head, the lowest price I've known. The hotel has 3 floors. We booked 3 rooms. Airport transfer is P500 per head. This helped us a lot as our flight is at 8am. They also arranged our island hopping at P600/ head, where we also had cliff diving activity for P250 /head (this is upon our request). Overall, we had a great 4D/3N stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Amazing service. Thanks to Jonel, Charlie and Wals for helping us.

내 아들은 아침 식사 중에 레스토랑에 불을 놓고 갔는데, 다음날 아침 서비스 직원이 우리에게 돌아올 때까지 우리는 깨닫지도 못했습니다! 나는 그들이 그것이 우리에게 속해 있다는 것을 기억하고 있다는 사실에 놀랐습니다! 나는 이 호텔에서 최고의 Pinakbet을 가지고 있습니다! 셰프님이 친절하게 자신의 레시피를 저에게 공유해 주셨어요. 모퉁이에 호텔이 있어서 그렇게 바쁘지 않습니다. 우리는 3층에 있어서 행복했어요. 우리가 1층에 있지 않아서 다행입니다. 그렇지 않으면 사람들이 드나들고 너무 시끄러울 것입니다. 정수기도 제공해주셔서 감사해요! 전반적으로 매우 만족하며 전반적인 서비스에 매우 만족합니다.
