the room key was a problem we had to call somebody to open the room everytime and had to leave the car keys all the time other than that everything else was good

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, good security and very short walking distance from the beach and the Boqueron poblado. They continue to have the issue with the room door locks but the staff is willingly and happily available to unlock the doors regardless of the time or the number of times. The staff made our stay a very enjoyable one. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family.

They didn't have room keys! There was only one employee covering front desk and accompanying guests to open their rooms

Great hotel , nice suite, nice view , good kitchenette , safe neighborhood , gated community with access to beach and pool is very nice too . Highly recommended

The facility had issues with the door keys and we had to wait for someone to open our door each time we needed to enter. We were only advised 2 days before arrival not giving us enough time to cancel and rebook elsewhere. Apparently this situation has been happening for a while now with no resolution. This should be advertised during the booking process.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was great! So convenient with the best of both worlds. The staff we very friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. We got to enjoy the mini water park at the pool area. There is also a wading pool that was perfect for my 2 year old. She couldn’t get enough. The restaurant and bar is conveniently located near the pool. You can also access the beach through the pool area. Great for families! It was 3 adults and 2 kids (5 & 2) our room had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I AM DEFINITELY RETURNING! I glad I found the place. Boqueron has been my favorite beach on the island so far. You won’t regret your stay.

Key card to the room did not work. Had to get the staff to open the room. Sometime had to wait for the staff to open the room. This was a major issue not to stay a next time if it is not resolved.

Second time staying here. Great place to relax. Close to restaurants and beach. Amazing poolside restaurant! Coming back next year!

We were put in a room that smelled like a perfume shop, asked to be changed and were put in a room that smelled like sewage outside. The AC needs cleaning, the curtain kept getting stuck. Rugs in hallways are really bad- definitely need replacing. We had to bring in 2 air purifiers to make it through the night. No keys working for the rooms? Thats unheard of, definitely an inconvenience.
