모텔 원 본-베토벤(Motel One Bonn-Beethoven)

호텔은 하룻밤 동안 괜찮았습니다. 방은 매우 작았습니다. 여행 가방을 침대 반대편으로 굴릴 공간이 거의 없었습니다. 우리는 저녁 관광 후 호텔에서 칵테일을 기대했지만 바텐더가 없었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

이 모텔은 주차장이 24개에 불과하며 그 중 일부는 직원 차량으로 주차됩니다. 클라이언트를 위한 충분한 주차장 제공 없이 "모텔" 이름을 사용하는 우스꽝스러운 호텔. 근처에 다른 주차장이 있는지 물어보니 체크인 카운터에 있는 아프리카계 독일인 여성이 매우 무례하게 "그들이 상관할 바가 아닙니다"라고 대답했습니다. 저는 "Motel One"을 제 블랙리스트에 넣었고 앞으로는 더 이상 고려하지 않습니다.

Nice location in Bonn albeit noisy to sleep at night due to the noise of the tram which seemed to be 24 hours. Sadly no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and not much space for clothes in particular when travelling for business. Bed was comfortable and plenty of sockets and USB points. Nice view from room.

The extremely friendly, competent and patient staff at reception are SUPER! My compliments... and Thank you!

This is a typical Motel one, which we chose for a one night stopover as it had its own underground parking, and was easily accessible in the outskirts of Bonn, yet walkable to the centre, and virtually on the banks of the Rhine. Motel One has their formula right: quality small rooms with a good modern bar for in accessible places in major cities. We use them a lot as the quality and price are both good, as are the locations

I booked this hotel to attend a performance at the opera house, which is very close to it. The hotel is located between the city centre and the Rhine (not far from Kennedy Bridge). The hotel can be reached by a 10-15 minutes ' walk or a short tram ride from the railway station. There is also a car park. The room, on the 7th floor, was cozy, but very functional and clean. With three elevators you don't have to wait. There's a 24h bar and a good breakfast buffet is available from 6 to 10. Check in and check out are quick and not complicated. You can check in and pay online in advance to save time. The staff at the reception is very friendly. I will book again here next time I'm attending the opera.

Although it is in the centre, i could say thanks to the good quality of the windows its very quiet. To have good rest is completely possible. The bed is quite comfortable, the room is not too small. I find it disappointing that there is no fridge in the room! The air condition works well, and you can completely switch off, and also possible to open the window for fresh air. The breakfast is not unique, but alright.

I was attending a wedding on the 9th. I arrived at the hotel around 12:00 noon. Next wedding appoin**ent at 13:00 0'clock I needed a shower and change my clothes. The receptionist told me check in starts at 15:00. She said I could wait or come back. As I asked her if I could leave my luggage she said No as long as you haven't checked in. Then I asked if at least there was a place where I could change my clothes. She said : there's a toilette downstairs. So I went there but I had to leave my luggage outside because those toilettes are tiny. I hardly started changing when the ligths went off, so I had to go all the way out (2 doors) and come in again for the lights to swicht on. It lasted about 20 seconds, then lights went off again. I told the same receptionist about the lights. She answered she would call someone to repaire the lights in the Toilettes. Then I waited in front of the reception trying to reach someone to help me solve the problem with my lugagge while some other receptionist were arriving, so I tried to talk to one of them. Meanwhile almost 13:00 o'clock. But the lady from the very beginning took over and she said: NOW we have some rooms free. So I could check in but I was late for my appoin**ent.
