호텔 유니버시티(Hotel University)

Mancanza di pulizia. Primo giorno segnaliamo lenzuola non pulite e non vengono presi provvedimenti. Secondo giorno troviamo gli asciugamani sporchi di marrone e il personale non si è neanche scusato dicendo che gli asciugamani arrivano tutti dalla lavanderia. Sicuramente non ci torneremo.

Staff was great, very informative and nice. The room was fine but the bed was very hard. They gave me some extra pillows so that was really nice. AC worked well and the location is walkable to many restaurants.

Hotel muito gostoso e mega central. Fomos surpreendidos positivamente com a qualidade do hotel. Por ser numa área e bairro bem universitário achamos que seria estilo hostel mas é um hotel super bem cuidado, limpo e com um dos maiores quartos da nossa viagem (já é nossa 6ª cidade na Europa). Só os únicos pontos que não permitem dar nota máxima é o tamanho do box para banho: minúsculo, super apertado mesmo. E o surreal é que o banheiro é enorme mas deixaram uma área de banho minúscula. Eu com 1,67 não conseguia virar, meu marido de 1,85 nem se fala. E pedimos quarto de casal mas pegamos aqueles de duas camas de solteiro junto. Fora isso, vale muito a pena! Você consegue fazer tudo a pé, tem ótimos bares, restaurantes, cafés e lojas. Perfeito para quem quem curtir ao máximo a cidade.

We stayed at Hotel University for four nights and just couldn't have picked a better place for our trip to Bologna. The hotel's location is great - perfectly situated between the university quarter and the historic center. Everything in Bologna seemed to be a mere 10 minute walk maximum from it. Despite sharing a street with some busy restaurants and bar, the rooms were very quiet. The air conditioning was also great, especially with how hot Bologna is in the summer. The rooms were not the most luxurious but they were very clean and comfortable. The hotel's front desk concierge were just a delight to stay with. They were so warm and helpful with anything we needed. They really went above any beyond - from recommending restaurants, arranging transport for a day trip, and always greeting us with a smile. Just great, honest, and pleasant people. Bologna in general is a great city, seemingly untouched by the mass tourism you find in other parts of Italy, and Hotel University made our visit that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good mid range hotel in a good location.

Lovely hotel, very clean and was easy check in and check out. Good location with many great restaurants and bars nearby. The towers and main square were also not far too. Friendly staff, we only stayed one night but would definitely feel comfortable staying longer.

Friendly front desk, comfortable room, and clean. Even comes with toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower hygiene. Location is 15 minute walk to Bologna Céntrale station and even closer to city center. Would definitely recommend.
