Excellent, delicious, very good service, divine rooms, thank you. Very good attention, super restful, large, spacious rooms, very comfortable for everything, thank you, we will surely return in a not too distant future, thank you all, highly recommended in every way.

I always stay at Scala 68 because it´s close to my son´s house. Problem: When you´re taking a bath (shower) the cold water´s pressure suddendly and for a few seconds goes DOWN so you get only HOT water thus burning yourself. Please have the hotel check the hydro-pneumatic system (it keeps equal water pressure throughout the building).

I stayed two nights. I definitely recommend this hotel, the staff is friendly and professional. I will be returning real soon.

Good value in great location

A 1 week experience in a hotel with very thin walls. We wouldn't mind slight discomfort if the reverberating sound wasn't bothersome, but it was loud. We particularly did not appreciate the attitude and treatment we received by the evening front desk officer last February 1, 2022; 7pm. That was actually our last evening in the hotel. He was discourteous and rude. We have the right to ask for free drinking water because this service was inclusive. Prior booking, we were informed in detail by the hotel of what is inclusive and what is not. Free drinking water was available for hotel guests' disposal all day and night so don't tell us to buy our own bottle of water accompanied by unpleasantness. We saw one of the staff shamelessly sleeping and snoring in the living room area that is for hotel guests only. An absolute lack of etiquette. Lastly, one of the cleaning ladies that did daily rounds for room cleaning had a frequent wicked cough. We wouldn't mind this in a normal situation, but it's Covid. They also like gathering and chatting at the corridors, as mentioned prior, walls are thin. Upper management should be vigilant. With that said, we do not recommend this hotel if you value health, prioritize peace/quiet/good sleep, and expecting proper hotel staff ethics.

Great location and is very clean

Excellent location in the middle of Zona G nightlife district.

First time staying in a hotel in Bogota. This was quite the surprise. Very quaint and discreet location. Beautiful decor with a zen garden feel.
