Great property. Clean, confortable, good breskfast. Great area as well, very safe and walkable, and close to areas like Zona T, Zona G and Parque 93, with great restaurants and nightlife!

My husband and I stayed at City flat for 4 days in the executive suite. It was spacious, clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Oh.. my husband hit his toes more than 10 times at the livingroom table. It is a nice table but not a safe one forna hotel. City Flat was like 2 blocks form zona rosa and zona T. Sometimes we walked back at midnight and felt very safe. We felt safe in this hotel. Very small place with 3 rooms per floor and very quiet. The breakfast was very good. Everybody was so friendly, especially the lady that makes the perfect scramble egg and ommelet. The breakfast place is very nice and quiet. There was no hairdryer in the room but when we called they brought it immediatly. We received a bottle of wine and there was already wineglasses in the room. The laundry bag is made of textile and super cute to use as a bag. I absolutly loved it. I would defintly recommend this place. There is a very cute coffeeshop outside the corner of the hotel. The handsome frontdesk agent even had an umbrella to borrow us on a rainy day.

Good location, walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Hotel is in a safe area. Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious . Just needs better lightening in the vanity

If it hadn’t been for the checkout process, I would have rated this hotel as truly exceptional. However, after staying there for 6 nights and having not being informed from the part of the hotel staff that there were any problems, at time of checkout we were charged $80 for 4 supposedly stained towels, an issue which had not been brought previously to our attention. We changed towels daily and the only use we did of them was for drying up ourselves. If there had been a problem, we should have been informed initially and not waited until checkout to charge us more. Additionally, $20 per a used hotel towel seems a bit too much.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Every day a different face shared warm and friendly energy ready to help us with whatever we needed. A wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

Overpriced, overated no VZiP benefits. Never sgain.

Well appointed and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly go back.
