The restaurante can use help. Nice people, attentive service but the food is less the mediocure.

Excellent stay in this very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and convenient shuttle just 5 mins from airport. Nice quiet rooms keeping aircraft noise to a minimum.

Breakfast was included so that was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Shuttle service was good. A nice property.

Good quality hotel however for a hotel of this caliber not to provide bottles of drinkable water eithout charge in your room is inexcuseable.

The service was amazing and theres a lovely girl at the front desk with blonde highlights whos just awesome!

The stay is always great, this time however I had to wait for 45min for the shuttle at the airport, never had to wait this long before.

Excellent, clean and comfortable hotel in case you have a late arrival or early morning flight.

I just love this place, thank you to all the wonderful young people who took care of me. Every time I’ve stayed here I feel welcome, safe and at home. It is nice to have a place to stay just before your flight. And the food at the restaurant is amazing. It never disappoints. Thank you again for your hospitality.

The dining room was poor. We ordered chicken and it was frozen so it took over 40 minutes to get the chicken. I would have preferred they offer us an option earlier instead of waiting for so long.

Hotel is really close to the airport which is a good thing due to the clothing tragic of bogota But that is also not the best thing because if you need to go to the city center you will need to get a taxi or Uber. Hotel and as clean and staff friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and spacious.
