Belek Beach Resort Hotel

We came here for 5 days. Our room was on the Elite side. The room was modern, clean, and fresh, the bed was really comfortable. We ate our breakfast and dinner in the Elite restaurant, the food was fabulous! Everybody was kind with us. The animation programs were excellent. The main pool was a little bit cold in April, but we still used it. I have tried a lots of hotel in my life, also in Dubai, but this was the top 1 for me! I am looking forward to come here again! Thanks for everything❤️

The hotel’s food, hygiene, service and experience are wonderful. They made our honeymoon so special!!! Room with a jacuzzi is a dream come true. Definitely recommend. Only “bad” part is the behaviour of some guests, but it you don’t pay attention to then you won’t get bothered.

Well where to start! This is by far the best holiday we have been on and we have been on lots. The place is kept spotlessly clean all the time and the staff work so hard all Hours of the day every single member of staff were so kind and welcoming! The food was fantastic and there was always a good choice of different things! Our son has milk and egg allergy’s and everything was well labelled with allergens. A real favourite for our family was the Starbucks with in the hotel that was amazing ( would love it to open slightly earlier) we never used the A la carte as we never felt the need to but I’m sure they would have been lovely!! The endless entertainment was amazing our children are 9 and 6 and there was so much for them to do the kids club was brilliant and the adult entertainment was brilliant too! The 24 hour bar and late night food is excellent I would get up in the morning while the rest of the family were still sleeping and sit by the pool with a coffee and a book it was bliss! The pools are brilliant and the lifeguards are very attentive the water slides were a big hit with our children! We also had a Turkish bath and massage on our first day of holiday and this was brilliant and well worth the money A top tip is they do prefer euros for the things you have to pay for like the shops or the occasional payable thing at kids club. The beach is beautiful and the sea is lush! We honestly do not have a bad word to say about the hotel! The hotel definitely had a lot more Russian and German family’s than English but the hotel definitely catered well for the English! All in all what a fantastic hotel and we can’t wait to return

We had a clean room and very kind housekeepers which did their best and asked us if we needed more towels etc. Mrs Emine thank you for everything our roomnr was 1012). In the restaurant Hasan & Nur Oztekin thank you so much for the great service!

Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly. Inside the hotel is 5star quality with amazing decor. Pool areas are always kept clean and sunbeds so far are not an issue. Lots of play areas for children and a lots of actives for all ages. Definitely Recommend

Excellent hotel and customer service, very beautiful hotel and enjoying our holiday, food is great, overall experience we would come back. Lots to do for children and rooms clean and modern, water slides and pools are clean and tidy. Drinks very good

Excellent service bootiful rooms staff are amazing and attentive and food plenty of choice and good quality 2nd time and would return. Pools clean . Entertainment good. The facilities are second to none . Pool area clean and tidy and hotel well looked after

Visited this hotel with a group of friends and had a most amazing time. Staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Reception staff were helpful on check in. Food was very good and the buffet items changed every day so didn’t get bored with the same thing.

The hotel is first class, everyone there was very professional and nice We stayed in the Elite side of the hotel which is more for adults but children over 13 can stay there. This part of the hotel is accessed by a bridge but has it's own buffet restaurant and a bistro for lunch also a fantastic patisserie. There is also a lounge bar serving premium drinks and terrific barmen making cocktails, also a lovely pool area with very comfortable sunbeds and shade There is no nightly entertainment in the Elite part of the hotel but good entertainment for all on the family side, The facilities on the family side are amazing and the children will never need to be bored they are catered for all their needs what ever age they are. the only thing that lets the hotel down is the Ala carte restaurants only one visit per week and unfortunately the menu and food is very poor. But I would really recommend this hotel for an outstanding holiday
