Everything about the hotel Mousai exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight for us with a wonderful social atmosphere. All staff were exceptionally well trained and provided top notch service. We requested a small repair of a bathroom scale, which was completed within five minutes. The room was exceptional with a large infinity hot tub on the deck. . The food was excellent and garden tour was impressive. We would definitely stay here again, with perhaps a few days in Zona Romantica, as it would be fun to be close to some activities. The location was a bit remote but perfect for a staycation

It’s not an all inclusive resort. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that with *******, you have to pay for the food. We paid at the check in for the food and they charged us more at the checkout for the last breakfast and snacks.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Great luxury property with beautiful views of the mountains and the bay. Loved the rooftop pools at both towers and food options were great.

Nichi our butler was excellent, she went above and beyond and was there for anything we needed. Greta at the pool was also excellent she made sure we had what we needed at the North rooftop Infiniti pool., Angel and Ramon were our waiters at pool and were very good. The north side suite was super and amazing view. If I was designing it I would include 2 luggage racks in rack room and more hooks to hang stuff up such as T shirts, shorts and towels.

Everything was top notch: beautiful property, excellent and friendly service, wonderful food. The best all-inclusive I’ve ever been to!

The hotel by it self was amazing. We had the all inclusive and we enjoy variety delicious food 24hrs.the staff were so polite and nice. The pool on roof top and by the beach were amazing. We had blast time there that we didnt want to leave to go to city

Hotel Mousai was the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are looking for a relaxing couple’s get-away with an all-in-one experience, this is the place. You get your own personal concierge that checks in with you every day and helps you with reservations or whatever you need. Ours was Humberto Moyordomo and he was absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Even on his day off, he would check in on me and re- arrange services that we believed would be out of his control. You could get room service delivered to you at all times of the day and it was included. All suites are massive and have a private jacuzzi. We did the included kayaking/ snorkeling with Angel and it was the most fun and adventurous experience he was an amazing guide, as well as Mike and Roni on our included waterfall hike. Every day we went to the adults only pool which had incredible views and great music, food and drinks. We were greeted by Alan who helps you get the best beach chair with shade or sun and is so friendly and helpful. Then we got amazing service from Antonio, Marcelino, Ruben, Greta and Picho. As well as Gio at the restaurant. I usually don’t get blown away with food at all inclusive hotels, but this food was exceptional with great presentation and great flavors. The restaurants were so delicious and very high class and everyone was extremely prepared with great service. I only have good things to say about this hotel and I have been recommending

Relaxing, great service and food. Be sure to go to the roof top pool AND private Beach! Room service is the best we’ve ever had and the private patio… omg I could of stayed there the entire stay!
