excellent place to stay, rooms clean and fresh, service great, easy access and very friendly staff. Breakfast was much better than other places stayed.

I was very disappointed because I went to go swimming in the pool water was very cold. It should’ve been heated.😞

Super poor shape hotel. Old, smelly, and required not only a credit card on file, but a $100 cash deposit. They needed to check the room before you check out to get your deposit back. I will stick with the hotels I usually stay at and never stray again!

There was an unexpected fee of 3 dollars at time of check in. Also a 100 dollar cash deposit was required. It would have been nice for someone to have mentioned that upfront. Plus the hotel needs work. Bathroom door was broken off hinges.

We have stayed here several times. Host was amazing ,clean room,Pool clean, Dining area clean, Breakfast was good. Rite off highway 70, lots of restaurants around. For the money we will definitely stay again!

The hotel is right on the highway, and the traffic is really loud. It wasn't too bad after midnight when traffic slowed down, but you will hear cars drive by. The linins and carpet were clean. The area around the bathroom edges were not real clean. The breakfast is free, so that was nice, and they have several choices. I ate the waffle and really enjoyed it. They also had cereal, biscuits, and precooked circle shaped eggs. They had orange juice and coffee that I remember. The guy at the desk was nice. When we ate breakfast he stood in there while we ate. I think he was trying to be helpful, but it made me feel watched. I think it would be better to just walk through occasionally. Overall, the stay was fine. I probably wouldn't stay there for a vacation, but as an overnight stop while traveling I would stay again.

There was breakfast but it was mostly empty and no one refilling it. When we arrived there was no one at the desk. Rang bell several times then saw a phone number to call if no one was at desk.

The room was good but everything else was just ok at best. The breakfast was meant for children only because adults wouldn't eat what they had available. The jacuzzi was ok but the bar and steps down into it could use some maninachine. The pool was ice cold like they use ice water to constantly fill it. We were in room 214 witch is in the middle of the hotel so the 3rd floor is where the dogs go and for some reason we could hear them run up and down the floor above us both days i had to call and complain about the noise because it was waking us up the first day it stopped but the second day it didn't I just fell asleep after 1am and it was still going on. The outside noise was pretty drowned out but you could still hear some traffic. Overall you get what you pay for and id stay again but know to get 1st or 3rd floor back room

Once I arrived to the property the guy behind the counter told me the only way I could check in (after I made the reservation and paid online) was if I made a $100 CASH ONLY deposit. I asked if I could pay with a card and he told me no. CASH ONLY. I don’t carry cash on me and he told me no cards allowed. I had to find an ATM in the middle of the frigid cold in Kanas City with my 7 year old son just to get my room. I’ll NEVER book with Best Western again. Oh and on top of that, the heat in my room didn’t work properly and couldn’t keep up. It was -9 degrees outside I might add. My son and I had to pull the blankets off the other bed and sleep together just to keep warm. Worst experience with a hotel in my entire life.
