Inside looks much better than the outside does. Moldy shower curtain. Friendly service- WILL chase after you and point you in the right direction if you go the wrong way toward your room :)

A cheap motel, run down dirty lobby/check in area. The walkway to the room was warped and tilted. The door lock wouldn't latch and I had to play with it for a while to get it to lock. Then to unlock it the keycard had to be placed a very specific way. The room itself seemed recently cosmetically renovated, but the room reeked of smoke...it was hard to sleep with that smell of past smokers or neighboring smoking rooms. The bathroom though recently cleaned had dirt and dead bug carcasses on and in the tub. It was over $200 for homecoming weekend, which I get the demand pricing, but OMG, the lowest quality for $200 I ever spent.

The room seemed clean at first pass but after being in the room for a while i noticed roaches on the floor and on the desk area.

The room was clean, comfortable and as represented on line. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The parking lot could use some resurfacing/paving.

The front desk staff (owners) is incredibly friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. They're in the midst of refurbishing the entire place, and you can tell that they're taking it seriously. It's

The location is very convenient for visitors to IU and the rooms are nicely renovated. However, bring your ear plugs. Very noisy location between 2 major highways and next to a very busy, noisy car wash. Also, the advertisement stated "free breakfast and refrigerator in every room". There is NO breakfast. There was NO refrigerator. I had to insist on getting one. I hardly got any sleep the 1st night because my room had a broken A/C. I was moved to another room the next day. I think that for $285 /night I should've gotten some kind of compensation. The owner refused, even when the ******* agent I complained to call them and asked for some compensation for me. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Property has cockroach infestation and staff was horribly rude. Ended up getting a refund after being spoken to very rudely and being told the issues were a lie, even after showing staff a dead cockroach and stained sheets.

We were in town for IU vs OSU. Hotel within walking distance of Memorial Field, but no bar/food within walking distance except for a Mexican restaurant and McDonalds. This hotel appears to be undergoing renovations. Our room was newly remodeled. No refrigerator or microwave in room, but there is one in the lobby. No hot water for showers. Front desk staff very pleasant.

There was no hot water the bed sheets where burn holes in them and nasty and no refrigerator in the room just can’t believe I wasted my money on this place never again
