Old and run down. I know sometimes we just need a cheap room to sleep in, but it was not ok. Lots of towels, which was nice. Hotel staff was friendly, but it just felt dirty and tired!

My experience would’ve been better had the pool been open longer than just 9am-10am. The logic behind that notion is absurd. Say you have a pool to draw in customers only to keep it open for an hour…right before you’re supposed to check out? Seriously? Better off not even having a pool at all if that’s the scheme. And checking in was okay, but I didn’t appreciate being told where to park and what doors to use while getting my bags just because it’s snowing outside and it’s inconveniencing the front desk clerk to push a button. That was very audacious of the kid. I’d stay there again if they’d made the pool available towards the evening.

One night stay for a school function. Chose the hotel because of the pictures of the indoor pool. Had the kids and wanted to let them swim. Room cards would work once and I’d have to get them reprogrammed at the front desk. Any time I left the room I’d have to go to the desk and get them reset. Multiple cards had the same issue. Website states free breakfast, it’s very minimal compared to most other places I’ve stayed. Numerous items stale or expired. One of the beds in our room was broken, the coffee was terribly stale, vending machines were priced double what most other hotels are, carpet was worn, bedding was worn badly, carpet was stained, hvac unit was pulling away from the wall, a really average and cheap hotel for the money. It was a cheap stay and I didn’t expect much, the pictures make it look allot nicer than it was. I’d stay again if it were just myself and I needed a bed for the night. I won’t be back with the family.

Man behind the desk was very helpful and kind. He was accommodating with room requests. You could tell the hotel is coming close to needing to be renovated. Furniture, fixtures, etc were all in good working order and clean. But, they were dated and show signs of wear. You could hear traffic more than I liked. Not horrible though. Also there was just a slight musty odor in the room when we first walked in. Either it went away after we got air moving by turning the heat on or I quickly got used to it and never noticed it after a bit. Overall a good price for a good stay!

I booked through ******* and in error I must have mistakenly booked a smoking room. I called the morning of Nov. 10th and asked the hotel if we could switch rooms to non-smoking. The woman answering my request said it was a nonsmoking hotel so there was really no need. This was confusing because of the "smoking" indication on my receipt. I said I was relieved because we definitely didn't want a smoking room. When we arrived, the room was a smoking room with that distinct odor and an ash tray. The gentleman at the desk said they could not switch us because there was no availability for non-smoking. I am confused because of the response from the woman that morning.

There were stink bugs in our room, multiple. When asked if we could get a partial refund because it was gross and because of our inconvenience of moving rooms - we were told 'no' because I booked through ******* they were not able to give a refund. ******* refused a refund after speaking with the hotel .Just because it is a busy weekend and your rooms are mostly booked does not mean people should pay full price for a crummy experience. Bad motel, and frustrated with ******* for not doing anything to rectify the experience.

The room had a smell when we walked into the room. Turning the air conditioner up a little help with the smell and we didn’t notice it while we were in there. Could’ve been maybe a musty smell. Breakfast was OK. Could’ve had a little more variety to eat. Otherwise, the hotel is fine.
