住了很多次，條件不錯

Adam at the front desk was exceptional. It could use some updating, bathroom toilets & shower and carpeting throughout room & hallway was showing its age & some things felt outdated.

We had 3 flight delays to get to our Hotel & didn't arrive to Hotel until 1:00 AM. Didn't get to experience everything but Hotel staff was great. Room was comfy & excellent!

False advertising they charged me for a jetted tub room and per staff they don’t even have that type of room

Airport shuttle to the airport was AMAZING , the driver was fantastic, safe, kind, efficient.

When checking in, the room was already paid in advance and this seemed to confuse the guy checking us in after handing us the room key I asked the best way to get to our room and he just pointed and said the rooms were "that way". After grabbing our bags we went back in and found elevators that did not go to our floor as it was 21st not 2nd like we thought which wasnt told to us either. Get to our room and there was eye make up trash and a dirty q tip on the floor. Told the front desk and they said it was late and they would have our room cleaned the next day. It was cleaned when we went out but the same mentioned garbage was still on the floor. Upon checkout I told then I was not impressed and that since I booked through ******* there was nothing they could do to fix it. Will never stay at another hilton after this all around poor experience.

Stayed at the Double Tree with my husband as a couples get away for his birthday. We really enjoyed stay, everything was perfect. From the front desk agent Khadra was attentive, friendly and made sure we were taken care of before we went to our room. The cookies are our favorite, a really nice touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the relaxing getaway!!

This was not our best visit to the Doubletree Bloomington Minneapolis South location. It was extremely humid and the air conditioner in our first level floor room would not cool down at all. We were not told that this is a common issue on the first floor. When I attempted to ask for some assistance, I was laughed at by your manager, Ha. Khadra could see that I was getting frustrated and stepped in to assist us. She was very knowledgeable about what she could do to help make our visit more enjoyable and offered a floor fan for our room. She went out of her way, as her job should have led her to do, and smiled and was very accommodating. Khadra was so helpful and I highly recommend her.
