There was supposed to be parking. I messaged the hotel ahead of time to ask how the parking worked but didn't get a response. When we arrived we were told the only parking was paid parking on the street. There was supposed to be air conditioning. There was only a fan. When we asked the front desk about the air conditioning they told us there wasn't any. When I got home I messaged the hotel about these issues. They told me they had a paid parking lot but it had to be reserved ahead of time. They told me the fan had an ice pack that need to be inserted into it to make it blow cold air. They accused me of lying and told me I had never asked the front desk about it.

We choose this hotel to make a stopover on our trip to Bretange. The location was chosen because ibis on walking distance to Chateau Blois. We arrived late and on our request we were kindly advised a very good restaurant. The next day we visited the Chateau and were on our way to Bretagne before noon. The hotel perfectly suited our purpose!

We enjoyed our stay in Blois which was made so easy by using this hotel. It was very handy for getting into the town and the parking arrangements were very good; they were in a secure underground car park and relatively cheap compared to parking on the street. Our room was spacious and airy, with a big window to let in cooler air after our hot day spent in the car. The bathroom facilities were good (though the bath mat slipped about a bit) and it was everything we had hoped for at the price we were paying. I'd certainly recommend it if you want a straightforward room for the night and an opportunity to visit the city.

We booked this place for our two nights stay in Blois after reading the reviews and were extremely happy. This place is two minutes walk from the station and therefore very convenient. But the place was well done and beautifully decorated. The rooms is simple but clean and comfortable though without a view. The hotel also has a breakfast facility with good spread. One of the best thing to do in Blois is cycling and the cycle store is just 2 minutes from this place. They gave us place to store our bicycles for the night and guided us on the places and restaurants to visit. Overall recommend this place highly.

Location is second to none in terms of the train station. Simple but very clean room with generous portion of breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will stay here if comes to Blois again.

We originally booked this for the location - opposite the train station - but loved it so much, we ended up extending our stay. Mum and two kids - we booked a quadruple room, in order to have extra space. It was perfect. The staff were lovely, with great English, nothing was too much trouble, the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed in it. Not in the city centre, it was only a few minutes walk to the Château, Musee de Magie, restaurants, shops etc. There was also a fantastic bakery and a great bike hire shop a couple of minutes away - we booked bikes and cycled to Cheverny château, which took all day but was well worth the effort!
