Bears Ears Inn

Recent remodel makes this place pretty sweet, and the new general manager is absolutely awesome. Very friendly and hospitable, and prepares a great breakfast with fresh ingredients and keeps it hot for people straggling in. The only things preventing a five-star rating are relatively minor. Three things: 1. Need more or heavier blanket or comforter, especially for a winter stay 2. There are no hooks to hang things up in the bathroom, which the general manager says is on his list, 3. Would be nice to have a luggage rack or two to keep things up off the floor.

I really liked the place on the first night, which was Christmas (25th-26th). It was a very quiet evening with almost zero traffic on the road. The next evening there was a lot of traffic noise. And there was a lot of noise from someone two doors down entering their room at 12:45 am and their car horn honking when they locked it remotely. It was not a restful night. As I laid there awake, I remember wishing that I’d brought my camping gear and avoided staying in the motel. It seems like I’m often disappointed that I spent good money for a poor night of sleep. What is wrong with people these days who only throw no of themselves and not who they might be disturbing with their noise in the wee hours of the morning? I did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. And the room was pretty nice and clean. But if I ever choose to stay at the Bears Ears Inn again, I’ll make sure that I bring ear plugs.

The staff was phenomenal. When checking in I had made an error in booking the room. I had booked for December and it should have been in November. It wa no problem, they fixed the error and I was checked in in a flash. They provided excellent dining advice. The room was comfortable and clean. The only reason I didn't give them an excellent rating was because the TV situation wasn't to my liking. Guess I'm old school and like to see local channels. They just had streaming tv. It was a positive and enjoyable experience.

We stayed just to sleep and get back in the road. The rooms are remodeled to modern style. Very comfortable bed. And very very clean. Staff was very friendly upon late check-in. We definitely would stay here again!

we arrived late at night (1130 local) and were able to get our room. The attendant was very nice considering the time. Old School look, but very modern updates on the inside. Was a fun place to stay on a family trip to Moab.

This is an older motel that has been nicely remodeled. It was pretty dark in the parking lot when i arrived. I would recommend they install more lightings around the building. Breakfast was good and breakfast area clean. It's a small town with nothing much other than the motel and gas stations. The beds are ok.

The Staff was really nice and attentive. The rooms are well maintained and super clean. It is at a great location.

Great customer service from the front desk crew. My room was spacious, clean, and renovated with a really comfortable bed allowing for some good sleep. Will definitely stay here when traveling through town again.

Clean, remodeled and ok breakfast. Room not cleaned during our 2 day stay...only a couple of towels left. No compensation.
