Eupepsia is the best thing I have done for myself. It is a sanctuary to rest, detox, and relax. The staff is so wonderful, attentive and kind. They are very flexible with your schedule, so you never feel rushed, it’s all about what works for you. Another highlight is the food! Oh wow! Every meal was my favorite until the next meal! The Chef and his team are phenomenal. Another highlight is the location and views. You truly feel at peace when your are Eupepsia. I can’t give it enough praise!

My sanctuary! I love Eupepsia. This is my third visit since 2021 and I'm already considering my next trip. It is the perfect place to feed your mind, body, & soul! The location is absolutely breathtaking! The food is amazing! I love the tailored approaches to meet my individual needs. The hikes and morning circuit class are two of my favorites! If you're looking for peace and tranquility to rest your mind, body, & soul definitely come to Eupepsia!!!

I don't even know where to start! 58 out or 60 reviews are 5 stars, stop reading and just book your stay. This place is simply amazing. I was nervous doing a solo vacation, but out of all the guests I met during my 3 nights, 90% were solo visitors looking for a quiet rejuvenation. 50% were return guests and everyone said they'd be back and next time they'll stay longer. I enjoyed a morning workout with a coach, followed by breakfast with fellow guests. Next I participated in guided hikes off the property and then back for lunch and relaxation. Spa treatments in the afternoon were amazing! I enjoyed the hot tub, lounging in the hammock or heated loungers, salt sauna, comfy couches. Walking around in a comfy (provided) robe and a cup of tea was so relaxing. The food was absolutely AMAZING! I'm not vegetarian and I didn't miss meat. We all wanted the recipes. As far as comments about coffee (my big concern...I didn't want to spend these glorious days with a caffeine headache!) I just made pour over coffee in my room and enjoyed it while reading in the adjustable bed with the LED fire on. The hospitality is the best I've ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly and caring. The facility is clean and comfy. Book your stay, you' won't regret it....and you'll be back.

Amazing!! I genuinely felt cared for here. The women running this Eupepsia and working there are wonderful. An experience like no other! I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Can’t wait to go back again!

Iam the Executive Director of a small non-profit and was looking for a wellness retreat to spend a much needed sabbatical, after 7 years of service. I settled on Eupepsia after much online research because of the all-inclusive apporoach and cost. It looked amazing and was only a few hours drive from my home in Central Virginia. From the moment I stepped out of my car, there was a feeling of assurance and relief to see this very special place. It is nestled in the foothills of the most breath taking rolling farm country with majestic mountain backdrops. My entire stay... I felt like royalty with the most top of the line hospitality and service around. The entire retreat was 7 nights and I didn't want to leave. Every minute of each day was spent in their amazing facilities and new habits were forming on wellness for me and it was easily attained and encouraged during my re-set from the daily grind. The staff in every way is exceptional! Some of the kindest and dearest people you will ever meet.The food is prepared with excellence and is the best I've ever had at a retreat. Fellowship is shared around a family style table and new connections were made daily. The treatments are top notch and preformed by the most skilled proffessionals.This is a wonderful place where all are welcome and you will leave a different person, if you soak it all in. Endless activities indoor and out, spa treatments, and rest and relaxation abounds! I have already begun to plan another trip with my husband and friends with in the year. 5 stars is not enough. This place is remarkable!

My visit to Eupepsia was just the recharge I needed to start the year right. From the very comfortable rooms and top-flight amenities to the wonderful people, Eupepsia sets a new standard for wellness retreats in the United States. I love the setting, perfect for hikes around the beautiful property or just relaxing under the sky and stars. The food is excellent, tasty, in-season, and clean, with many of the ingredients coming from the gardens on the property. They were able to easily (and deliciously!) accommodate my need for dairy and gluten free meals. What really stands out for me is the treatments, equipment, and amenities. The gym is just amazing and I loved the morning circuits that kick-start the day. The infrared sauna, saltwater float tank, and jacuzzi are big favorites and the array of ayurvedic and detoxifying treatments left me more refreshed, centered, and clear than I've been in years. Best of all, the staff are so gracious, welcoming, and kind, and the resort attracts great guests, so you can have as much good company or solo time as you'd like. I feel I've made new friendships and my fellow guests and I are already planning to meet for hikes in our region. Looking forward to staying again soon!

I had the pleasure of staying at Eupepsia Wellness Resort from June 2-6, 2022. I had the most amazing experiences from their therapies, exercise to the most phenomenal vegetarian foods! The chef is outstanding! He prepared the most amazing foods, everyday was different themes, if you’re not sure you’ll like vegetarian foods, you will be amazed and hooked! I’m not a vegetarian, but I’m reading on how to prepare some of these amazing foods! The chef will definitely change your mind! All the staff are amazing, personable and caring, they make you feel right at home. You can tell they love the gift they are providing to the clients, it truly shows! They are a wealth of information. I felt so relaxed, at peace, healthier and happier when I left. I miss them already and am looking to plan another long weekend in the near future! This was my second stay at Eupepsia. The first was last year and I choose this resort because I was allowed to bring my daughter. Aside from the amazing food, holistic treatments and outdoor scenery, the staff attends to any need or request you have. They operate as a beautiful team and it shows! From the moment you arrive you are welcomed by everyone and it is a very easy assimilation to the property. The waterfall and property hikes are very amazing! The equipment and entire facility is top notch. My daughter most enjoyed spending time with the animals at the farm. We will definitely be back for a third time and many more. Eupepsia is a very special place.
