Everything ‘s fine about the interior facilities of room. Given tight supply of parking space in hotel, it’s better to provide helpful guide and map route to travellers for alternative NPC car park nearby especially a trip under unfavourable weather of pouring rain and we spent more time on car park searchings in the journey and long walking distance to get the car in the rain .

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would stay here again if I came to Cardiff. I added a picture of the view from my room.

Hotel was very clean, housekeeping came everyday and re-freshed our towels and room. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Considering this hotel has a pool, jaccuzzi, steam room and sauna I think it's great value for you money. The only negative comment I would have is the pool isn't cleaned everyday and our last day we did unfortunately see some floating "particles". But we did stay 3 nights and as we were leaving the pool on the last day we did see them test the water.

Really smart hotel in a good location just a short walk from the main town. The room was lovely with panoramic views and a comfortable bed, also nice a ND quite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar could do with some help as they did not know for the duration of our stay they had problems with the gas on the beer pump. Also they did not understand standard measurements for alcohol as they tried to sell me Martini as a 25ml measurement, which it should be 50ml, they did not understand this and told me I had to double up (pay double) for a 50ml measurement. Small thing but generally the bar could do with some experience.

Great, the hotel accommodated my request making our stay that much more enjoyable. Great location, would highly recommend & also book again for future stays.

This was a lovely hotel which was spotlessly clean throughout. Reception staff were just ok (not rude in any way but not overly friendly either) but other hotel staff were especially friendly. Breakfast was great value for the price and highly recommended. Bar prices were high but the hotel is in a great location to have other bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The telephone in my room did not work.. There was a room service tray left by the elevator for 6 hours I had to tell staff to remove it.. The pool was freezing!! There was no bathers drier in woman's changing rooms.

The carpets has stains on it, the windowsill was all chipped and the staff were no help since they couldn't understand us and where no help. The disabled lift didn't work and i noticed a member of staff on her phone at the front desk For the amount we payed for a room for the night i expected a lot better.

Overall we had a nice experience here, however the air-conditioning was not very in a well control. It sometimes super cold and sometimes hot during midnight.
