I stayed here, with my service user (who has mobility problems) as he liked it last year and wanted to stay again this year. The apartment was lovely and warm, comfortable, clean and a pleasure to stay in as it was in a quiet area but close to all amenities and attractions. There were a couple of minor things I reported and they were fixed the very same day. I didn't even have to phone - bumped into one of the staff when we popped to shop and she remembered me after only seeing me once. I mentioned them to her and she said she would sort it and she did! Thank you! I was impressed that we had an emergency phone number if needed and it was pinned on the hall wall. So didn't have to worry if we needed someone out of hours. The only thing I could suggest to improve - is perhaps a handrail and non slip mat in the walk in showers. When guests have mobility problems there is nothing for them to hold onto so they feel steady and confident to get in the walk in shower. Other than that it was a pleasurable stay and me and my service user would definitley like to stay again.

Lovely apartments. Spotless. Very modern and clean. Grey and white throughout. Shower gel and shampoo left for us. Great price and great location. Location is a 5 min walk from the coral island which was handy for us. McDonald’s and different food places local to. Would deffo book again.

We were 2 support workers with a service user and we booked the ground floor apartment due to service user having mobility problems, he uses a walker. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean, quiet, cosy and really warm. The only negative things I have to say is that it was awkward where the sofa bed was and the tv on wall. Sofa bed was facing forward and the tv was on the side wall which made it difficult for our service user ( and ourselves) to watch, comfortably. Did not have a washing machine (as stated) but had a dish washer? Other than that we would definitely stay again and I would recommend a stay
