Bitez Risa Hotel

This is the a place for people who expect good service at an appropriate price. A very professional hotel manager who certainly exceeds the class of this hotel. he was everywhere and ready for all the problems that guests sometimes came up with, all the time.

Had a great time at Risa Hotel, the Manager and staff were very friendly and did more than enough to make our holiday special. The food was outstanding. Pool and rooms were cleaned to a high standard

We went here for a all inclusive 14 days family holiday, we had a 17, 16 and 3 year old with us. From the moment we arrived we realised the photos on the internet were nothing compared to what you see in reality. When we arrived we waited for our room to be cleaned which was not. There was no verity of food from different countries. Unless you like boiled eggs, rice & some sort of meat in sauce. And they had left overs the next day they just added something to it. We had to eat out every breakfast, lunch and dinner. The drinks what drinks, they even ran out of juice 1 night. They brought out snacks 3 times out of 14 days we were there. We asked where the dart board was and the bar man laughed and said what dart board so we asked to play pool and they turned around and said it’s not in use. We kept checking for the mini club, we found the right room which was being used as a laundry room with bed sheets and towels on the floor. The bar man said because it’s not a busy time that’s why it’s like that, we went mid July. We spoke with the manager a-few times about all of this who turned around and said well we ain’t really a true 4 star, so false advertisement. We emailed our provider who spoke with the hotel who have basically said we are lying.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my daughter, fantastic hotel. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day. The pool was beautiful and cleaned regularly the food was very good, many different choices to choose from. staff were amazing and welcoming can’t fault the hotel. Beach is only a short walking distance with many restaurants and bars. On check out we were still able to use all facility’s. The front desk staff were all very polite and extremely kind. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff for making our holiday enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this hotel, don’t listen to the negative comments they simply aren’t true.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my partner and 2 friends the hotel is very clean staff are very nice not far from beach but it has a lovely pool so don't have to go to beach all inclusive well where do I start bar not a great choice of alcohol beers vodka gin raki that's it or you can buy other drinks no cocktails Food Breakfast is terrible not worth getting up for unless you like hard boiled eggs had fried eggs 1 day but not worth wait omelette 2 days otherwise its bread roll salad cheese cearial Lunch and dinner Chicken of some kind every day lovely looking salads cakes and melon here is the best bits food is better than most places BUT DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS AND UNLESS IT IS COOKED WHILE YOU STAND THERE IT IS NOT HOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM WHICH REALLY SPOILS IT IF THE FOOD WAS HOT I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW APART FROM BREAKFAST I WAS THERE EVERY MEAL WITHIN 5 MINS OF OPENING SO NO EXCUSE TO BE COLD

Firstly the hotel dog named ‘Coffee’ is the cutest. Always chilling by the front desk or by the pool. Sometimes even wants to follow and chill with you in your room. Theres sometimes another dog which i believe is coffee’s friend. Friendly staff, english isn't great but they’ve got a translation app on their phones which is convenient. Pool is a good size, with a kids pool on the side. Plenty tly of free sun loungers so need to rush and wake up early just to reserve one. Bar by the pool which is very nice and good to get drinks when relaxing outside. Pool/poolside always cleaned every night. Sitting area outside where you can eat and drink. As well as their restaurant upstairs full of seats and a small bar too. Accessible coffee machines, water machines whenever you need one/to fill up a bottle. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Towels also replaced. Bidet and toilet roll in the bathroom. Ramps/lifts are in the facility which is a bonus if you have a physical disability or even injured. Can book tours from the lobby which is cheaper the MEETING POINT company. (Highly recommend you book through the hotel receptionist instead of other companies.) more affordable and legit. Dont get overcharged and scammed by Meeting point. The hotel provides the taxi/transfers for the tour to pick and drop off too. The room is great, good size with an actual double bed mattress so no falling through the middle. AC is magic but make sure to keep your balcony sliding door closed otherwise it wont turn on. Each room im pretty sure has its on balcony to look out on the pool which is nice. There is free wifi that fairly works, so they could do with upgrading that. All in all a strong 8.5/10. Just the food that was a bit of a negative. Not much options for breakfast. Its a Muslim country so i guess food is limited due to it being halal. But more halal meats would be perfect. Also coffee breaks could do with more options such as sandwhich especially, bread and crips. Not just shortbread biscuits. The bar is great, plenty of fizzy drinks, beer and alcohol. Go all inclusive, it is worth it. Location is close to Bitez beach and plenty of beach clubs.
