canceled the order for last minute due to Yosemite crossing way stopped and the house holder is not willing for any negotiation and further request for refund. wish the hotel will be fortunate by getting such income ！ DO THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU CLICK THE BUTTON ON RESERVATIONS.

1) Wish the shower water pressure was better than what it was. 2) The hotel amenity listed hot springs, but there is actually no such thing or neither of jacuzzi. 3) Breakfast option was similar to the motel breakfast, could be improved 4) It would’ve be much nicer if the gym facility has lower temperature setting. It was too warm while I was working out

Clean. Right in the middle of town. Comfortable beds. Roomy units. Tv in bedroom and living room, microwave, coffee pot. Great room for the price!!

No elevator! No baggage carts upstairs! Had to drag one up myself. Then whole town had no power. Still waiting for ******* to refund my two nights.

Property os clean and we had a quiet room with a comfortable king sized bed on the 2nd floor. Be aware, however, that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. So if you have large or heavy luggage, be prepared to lug it up the stairs. Breakfast is pretty skimpy, hard boiled eggs, bananas, cereal & a variety of breads/bagels. Buffet coffee tasted burnt. There is a mini frig & coffee maker in the room. Bath towels seemed pretty thin & skimpy for the price of the room. Overall, a clean & safe place to stay, but nothing spectacular. There are probably better values in town.

Overpriced for it being a basic Hotel. This property charges a Resort fee but its a basic hotel, no sifferent than a Motel, just better beds. They did not have a pool, nor hot tub and their fitness center is a small room that only offers about 4 workout equipments. Their breakfast ****** and parking is very limited because Semi trucks use this parking area. Also, they only clean the room to exchange towels or make the bedupon request only. This place overs nothing that a "Resort" Hotel offers that justify the resort fee.

Very disappointing experience. From the description the hotel provides a boutique experience. However the reality is more like a motel. No elevator. Threadbare carpeting. The rooms were dark, even with all the lights turned on. I had to use my emergency flashlight (always have one) to turn on the air conditioner, which functioned poorly. Unadvertised extra "$10 energy fee" for each day on the bill. In a two day stay waited twice more than 15 minutes for the clerk to return to her desk to fix problems with the keys. The Holiday Inn Express across the street looked nicer and I wish I had stayed there. Do not believe the pictures on the site.

Lots of noise in the parking lot at night. Front desk was very unhelpful and getting it to quiet down. A lot of the construction crews stay here and party out in the parking lot all night long. I would never stay here again. No water in the rooms, TV doesn’t work, just save yourself the extra money and get a Motel 6.

It was a modest experience with the hotel, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to check out a day early. Unfortunate that we’re weren’t able to get a refund because we were 2 hours late from check out time.
