Very nice stay at Travel Charme. Good food for breakfeast and dinner but restaurant should be at least open to 2200, they close 2100 and that is to early, we where almost not finished with eating the first night when they told us that we have to leave the restaurant. The SPA is excellent. And service in reception and restaurant is very good. Their pillows is not my choice, down pillows would be great to get a higher rating.

We took an apar**ent, which did not include the breakfast or the spa (which includes the swimming pool). It was written in the reservation in the small letters, but honestly we were surprised it did not include the swimming pool. Eventually we paid for breakfast, which is not really recommended for those who are looking eat gluten free (there is bread, but it's not eatable). The apar**ent was very clean, and very roomy, but wasn't equipped with basic stuff like salt, garbage bags, etc. Cleaning service is not available for apar**ents. Overall we had a nice stay, but I think it's not really value for money for the apar**ents. Maybe for the hotel rooms it's better. Location is great!

A really nice resort with nice, well-furnished apar**ents. Unfortunately there is a fee to use the pool which is silly at a resort like this. The staff were very friendly and good at providing useful information.

First time at the hotel. Liked the breakfast and dinner, staff was really positive and helpful. The hotel is at the end of the valley, futher are just high peaks. You can actually book a package with alpaka walking and ice cave visit which made interesting program together with pool and wellness.

I would have rate them 4 stars because of the view, however despite the reception attitude and the fact they charge 100 EUR for a final clean up, I changed the rating to 1 . This charge was never mentioned any where, and in my booking it states all charges and taxes is INCLUDED. Also they try not to give me the final bill, have I not asked them about it !

Nice stay. Very pleasant and friendly staff. It could be noisy with children... Quality of mattress to improve but in general very good food and pleasant friendly stay.

This was our first great trip after Corona. Travel Charme in the summer for the first time! And it was the excellent spot for recovery, Erholung! Thanks to al the people of Travel Charme Werfenweng for this holiday. We definitely will be back! Werfenweng area is a perfect place for walking and swimming!

It was our 8th time, we were in Werfenweng Travel Charme! And every time there is a surprise. This time we should give the honour to the kitchen staff for the wonderful dinners they made. For each taste there is a choice. And do not forget the restaurant staff. And at last we were very happy that could stay in a room with a rain shower. And the snow was enough!
