호텔에서 이름을 변경했습니다. 접수 직원이 좀 더 친근한 방식으로 손님에게 서비스를 제공하는 훈련을 잘 받아야 한다고 생각합니다. 방 물 보일러가 더럽고 샤워기 홀더가 고장났습니다. 직원이 더 친절하거나 도움이 된다면 더 좋을 것입니다. 화장지 롤을 요청하는 예가 있지만 접수원은 하우스키퍼가 아직 들어오지 않았다고 말했습니다. 두루마리 휴지가 다 떨어지기 때문에 24시에 이용 가능해야 합니다. 다른 나쁜 경험은 언급할 필요가 없습니다.

I loved the cleanliness and it's location where this hotel is allocated in Bintulu town. Not only that, eateries were just nearby. I don't have to worry to hunt for food.
