Om khumb camp Arail ghat is the worst place I have stayed in my lifetime. I have booked 9 tents, but give me only 6 tents booked for 20 members. They will not supply drinking water for customers, when we ask they say they already given which was false. No hot water for bath. They made us to checkout forcefully at 10pm night but our flight was at 7.20 am next day and we have stay in airport and sleep at airport. I want to take names of staff Mr Nitesh, Suraj and young female who are literally attached physically with the customers for asking drinking water

Great location. But horrific service. Rude and arrogant management out to make a fast buck. Avoid this over priced place. The tents were ill kept. Uneven floor and unclean towels. If one is not careful, there is every chance of falling down.

Totally commercial place. They are milking the Spiritual sprit of the guest wanting to visit the Kumbh mela. Great photos in the brochure but nothing is delivered. Just look at the loo. It was pathetic. worse than the worst. if it was not for the Kumbh we would have never stayed here. the attitude is even worse, as if they are doing us a big favor for anything. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Tents are okay but the service is pathetic. Full of attitude and no concern for guests. Maximum concern for filling their pockets. Boat service offered at 3-5k per person against 300 per person. No room service not even replacing towels, toilet rolls, etc. Left it to guests to arrange local transport inspite of having own cars. Own cars offered to guests who pay more. During days of mela how could they not help. Overall a bad experience

First the positives. The lady in charge of the food went out of her way to ensure that small requests like coffee, tea with puri bhajji at 4 pm was served. The main owners who were permanently stationed at the reception had no concept of service. No arrangements or guidance for Sangam bathing, transfer to Prayagraj Airport from the camp. We had enquired about transfers but were informed no transport available. Imagine our shock when we saw a car with Kumbh Camp Om sticker on it at Prayagraj Airport on the day we had requested a transfer.Photo attached. Avoid this place.

We had a horrible experience at the camp after paying 21300/- a night The tent was dirty they had no house keeping the owners had promised us many things which were all false … the lady owner was out to fleece all the guests … she was asking for 7000:- pp for the boat ride to the sangam when we went on our own we paid 300/- only.. they were not at all helpful in sight seeing tips or the airport drop our pick up … the food was average and cost cutting … there was no variety … please do not stay at Kumbh camp on

It’s a great place, and by far the best. The arrangements were excellent and very well organized. View was amazing over there. The facilities were top-notch. From clean tents to great food, everything exceeded my expectations I would love to visit again!
