The staff was wonderful and took care of us very quickly when our first room had a mess in it. Got us moved fast and a discount. Awesome place to stay

The place is very noisy. Every single sound from outside came in. The staff is very friendly. It was -27 degrees and they let me plug my truck in.

Very great staff and rooms.... only compliant is shower did not get hot enough when showering..... very spacious rooms and very happy staff...

Great stay! I enjoy the shuttle service, great communication and timing of pick up. Always a plus to interact and chat with the shofer. When arriving the hotel I was thankful there was a gas station next to the hotel to get some food for I didn’t see any restaurants nearby and did not want to be walking around at night. Though I didn’t find out later that the hotel offered a shuttle service around town if guests wanted to dine out. Minor downside is that you can hear the outside traffic noise in the room and the doorway you can hear ppl if they are talking in the halls but asides that the interior walls are padded pretty well so don't hear the neighbor next to you as much. A really nice touch is that they slide the receipt when guests as asleep so we can see the bill in the morning before checking out as well as them serving breakfast and a nice cookie treat in the afternoon.

It is so convenient when we fly to stay at the Boothill …. Minutes to the airport ! And the shuttle to come get us at any hour is so nice …and quick! The front desk people are always so helpful!

Very nice hotel - we have stayed there several times - the bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

The hotel staff is awesome had room ready way before check In, room was perfect for a family suite the front desk people greeted with smiles and answered all questions related for next stay and other questions,and hotel breakfast is awesome, also hotel is in most convenient spot for all kinds of shopping and restaurants activities.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected. Check-in and check-out were easy. Located close to the Metra for events there, which is nice. Overall great stay! Would stay again.

I scheduled the room but we couldn’t make it due to weather, and I was informed that I couldn’t get a refund. We almost exclusively stay at the Boothill Inn due to their location and shuttle services. We are extremely disappointed to say the least-spending nearly a $100 more per room to stay there.
