We had the pleasure of staying here for one night in April 2023. We were warmly greeted by everyone we met. The location of the hotel is perfect across the street from the museum but it also a very easy walk to the old town. The meal that we had in their restaurant was the BEST meal we had in all of Spain. Perfection! The breakfast buffet on the roof top, should not be missed.

We checked into this hotel after leaving another local hotel two nights early in disgust (the Occidental). We couldn't have been more pleased at our decision to do so, the difference between these two hotels was like night and day. Beautiful and peaceful room with a full wet-room effect shower. Super comfortable bed. Fabulous roof terrace with great cocktails and delicious snacky food options. Highly recommended the Jamon Croquettas. We had room service on our last night. Although the options weren't extensive, the food was spectacular and with great portion sizes, especially on the sides. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you, Radisson Bilbao.

We arrived late at night at the hotel after a day's travel but the hotel staff greeted us warmly and were there to help us with our bags. The hotel is located opposite San Mamés Stadium towards the west end of the city centre, with handy tram stops nearby. However we walked while in the city, 5 minutes or so down to the river, 15 minutes to the Guggenheim and 20-25 minutes to the old town, a great location. The hotel is a modern build, bit of a 'block' but not without character. We had a good sized room, all the expected facilities, including tea and coffee making. The bed was comfortable and large! The toilet was not spacious but there was plenty room and all the facilities one would expect, a good shower and plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, we didn't have much of a view from our room, we looked out over a courtyard and the town at the back of the hotel with a tree partially obscuring the window. This wasn't a huge drawback for us, as we spent more time out than in however it might be a consideration. The other side of the hotel looks out on to the football stadium. There was no game on while we were there but I would imagine it would be busy and noisy during a match. The hotel has a terrace bar that overlooks the river but this was not open during our stay. We had booked rooms with breakfast and this is one of the highlights of this hotel. There is a great range of options, laid out buffet style. There are also cooked items available. The food covered local offerings, 'international' items and some temptations, ever had a glass of Cava or a 'Bloody Mary' for breakfast? I enjoyed the fruit, the pastries, smoked salmon, rolls and toasted bread, really appreciating so much variety and quality food. The coffee from a 'pod' machine was rich and tasty. Other hot drinks were available. A word too for the friendly waitress who ran the whole show with calm efficiency, she was always there to advise and help. Generally we ate in the town centre however one night we ate locally at a good pintxos bar, busy with a fine selection of food and rink, about ten minutes walk from the hotel. There seemed to be plenty other options close by that might be worth exploring. Check out was 12:00 which gave us time for a final walk before we left. The hotel provides a left luggage service which enabled us to leave our bags while we went to pick up our hire car. This was the first hotel on our holiday and from the initial warm welcome to the helpful services on departure we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable rooms, the great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff all came together to provide a very enjoyable experience.

호텔은 좋은 위치에 있으며 빌바오는 그리 크지 않으며 도보 또는 트램으로 도시 대부분에 접근할 수 있습니다. 새단장을 마쳤으며 좋은 서비스를 제공하지만 그렇습니다. 같은 호텔 1층에 디스코가 있는 눈이 있습니다. 마당이 내려다보이는 709호실에서는 음악이 요란하게 울려 퍼졌고 7층에 있어도 새벽 4시까지 눈을 뗄 수 없었다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 오후 11시 30분에 리셉션에 있었다고 매니저에게 말했더니 '이 여자 미쳤구나' 하는 제 자신을 보고 다음날 리셉션 직원에게 말했습니다. 바닥에 클럽이 있는 경우 1) 디스코 소리가 방에서 울리지 않도록 방음을 잘 하거나 2) 차음재로 창을 변경해야 합니다. 주말에 개인적으로 짜증나서 추천하지 않습니다.

공항버스를 경유해서 도착해서 미리 리뷰를 읽어줘서 숙소도 쉽게 찾았습니다. 빌바오 시티룸 1개 포함해서 많은 표지판이 있는 출입구입니다. 객실은 4일 리셉션이 있는 4층 5층에 있습니다. 체크인은 리셉션의 여성의 따뜻한 환영으로 빠르고 간단했습니다. 2 층 전체에 깨끗한 복도가 잘 밝혀졌으며 리프트는 훌륭합니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 넓은 샤워 실과 많은 수납이있는 현대적인 더블이었습니다. 창문을 열 수 있고 열기와 천장 팬에 대한 다른 리뷰를 좋아합니다. ... 밤에는 춥다고 말할 수 있지만 10시에 난방이 켜집니다! 이 방의 위치는 매우 중심적이고 우수합니다. 필요한 경우 훌륭한 교통 연결이 있지만 구겐하임, 바 및 레스토랑이 모두 문앞에있는 도시의 오래되고 새로운 부분을 걸어 다녔습니다. 빌바오에서의 쇼핑은 환상적이며 2 번째 손 가게를 방문하는 것을 두려워합니다. 놀라운 발견 !!!

Pas simple ce feedback... N'omettons pas de vous préciser que cet Hostel reste tout simplement une auberge de jeunesse... avec plus de tracas que de confort qui sied à une nuitée en famille. Le Personnel reste la plus belle des prestation du Bilbao Hostel. Wifi de bonne qualité Situation éloignée du centre ville et Guggenheim, mais un bus (N°28 ou 58) est accessible à 100 mètres de l'hostel, le tram à 20 mns à pied. Chambre style centre aéré ou vieille école militaire, lit dur, placards militaires, j'ai retrouvé trace de mon service national ! Toilettes, lavabos et Douches communes (Mais séparées H/F) pour toutes et tous, propreté incertaines, sandales conseillées. cabines douches ouvertes uniquement un rideau qui masque votre présence, pas d'intimité. Petit déjeuner bien présent mais de très petite qualité et quantité, sportifs et gros mangeurs du matin ce n'est pas pour vous. Bien évidemment, toute notre jeunesse internationale et certains énergumènes passent leur temps à plaisanter et crier à toutes heures, les portes des chambres elles même claquent lorsque vous les fermez c'est juste insupportable. Nous avons donc testé en famille par obligation, faute de nuité pour ne pas perdre notre séjour, chambre pour 3 à 108 €uros, pour ce même prix nous aurions deux nuitées dans un hôtel bien meilleur mais hélas à Bilbao rien n'est simple même à l'avance. C'est surtout ce ration prix / prestation qui est excessif et affligeant, faute de réserver très tôt Bilbao est vite complet pour les nuitées et vous vous trouvez à réserver dans cette ersatz d'Auberge de jeunesse. Pour une fois FUYEZ avant d'être courageux !!!

L’hotel è situato in una zona molto centrale, nonché comoda per raggiungere, a piedi, tutte le attrazioni della città. Situato lungo una delle strade principali di Bilbao, è comunque vicinissimo alla stazione della metro (fermata Indautxu), oltre che avere la fermata degli autobus locali proprio di fronte all’ingresso dell’albergo; inoltre lo stazionamento degli autobus che collegano il centro della città con l’aeroporto è situato a circa 500 metri. Quindi che dire, è centralissimo! L’albergo si presenta di ottima fattura e ben pulito, le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, il personale della reception è abbastanza cortese. Ma ciò che non dimenticherò mai è la comodità del letto, uno dei migliori in cui abbia finora dormito! Un letto matrimoniale extralarge, in cui è stato piacevolissimo intrattenersi fin oltre le ore di sonno; diciamo pure che, di mattina, ha piacevolmente rubato un po’ di prezioso tempo che avevamo destinato alla visita della città. Non posso esprimermi sulla colazione, in quanto abbiamo prenotato per il solo pernottamento. Da consigliare.
