實在不怎麼好😂

The outside of the property is aged a bit. But the inside of my spa suite was very nice. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the tub could’ve been cleaned a little better. But I traveled with cleaning supplies so no biggie. Check in was simple and they let me into my room an hour early since it was ready. I struggled with the tv and front desk sent someone in minutes to help out. Walking distance to great food, shopping, and inner tubbing. Driving distance, 2-3 miles, to chain stores food and drug stores. Property is right on the Main Street which is very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Definitely extremely rundown, convenient location although that seems to be the only thing going for it. Breakfast was only packaged items like cake, muffins, milk, juice & bagels. Coffee was the usual lacklustre. Bed was slightly comfortable although sagged extremely bad and with two in the bed we would roll in towards each other, there was dust and hair and empty bottles under the bed and throughout the room. Hot water did not last very long. Had to wait an hour for it to reheat to fill up the bath. If you get one of the cabins you have the wall heater but also the option for the open fire in the room. Wood costs $15 at the hotel so I suggest getting it elsewhere and making sure it is dry. If you do have pets it cost an extra $60.

A nice place to stay in Big Bear. The location is very convenient plus the staff is very friendly.

The bed was so soft, it felt like it was 20 years old - The blanket and sheets also looked like they were 10 years old - or they weren't washed after the previous person. The walls are paper-thin, the basin of the shower is super slippery so if it doesn't have a mat in the bottom, don't go in there! The jacuzzi tub ran out of hot water before it was even half way filled

They said they provide free breakfast the second day was none.their idea of breakfast was coffee and dries granola bars. Noisy inside the kitchen closet area due to share water heater supplying entire building. For $400 night is a joke. :( Karim A

I paid 200 dollars for 2 adults and a child and choose my room prior to purchase. When I arrived with jusy myself and 5 year old son and no other adult and not a extra adult like i paid for i was expecting to still get the room I picked and paid for. Imstead, i was accommodated with a smaller room in an upstairs unit. Very tiny not worth 200 a night. The walls were so thin i vould hear the people next door going to the bathroom. The breakfast was shut down the next day which wasnt a surprise. When i checked in i asked for the ladys name. She replied with 'the woman at the front desk' and choose to not my make oir stay feel personal or welcomed. I do Not recommend this place 😕

I like that it is pet friendly. That is important to us. And I lke that it has a free breakfast, and the staff is polite and kind.

Just left the Black Forest Inn. My family and I had a lovely stay. We especially love that the front lobby was still decorated for Christmas and that our room included a wood burning fireplace. That was very special for the kids. Loved that they had wood for sale so that we didn’t need to leave the property to get it. We didn’t stay for the breakfast but we did have the kiddos make a hot cocoa in the lobby when we got the firewood in the evening, which they of course loved. This was a wonderful, rustic little getaway and we really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back next winter and look forward to having a cozy time!
