Hotel is in peaceful location. It is near to Janpath road and railway station. Janpath road has good brand showrooms and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Reception and hotel staff are courteous and helpful people. Early checkin and keeping luggage after check out was good help. Rooms are ok and cleanliness is fine. Rooms interior needs improvement. Short stays in hotel are fine.

It was nice stay.The hotel is in prime location and peaceful.no horn disturbances.I found that only corridor is not good because of some plumbing problem.food is also good.roomservice is very good.toilets are clean.reception is also very responsive.

I had a satisfactory stay with my parents. The hotel is close to the railway station and easily accessible through Google Maps. The rooms are clean, the food quality is good, and the service staffs are kind and helpful.

Receptionist was very rude. They wanted to collect all your data. He forced us to provide mobile number of all my family members, which was not at all necessary. Room - basic things like water kettle, soap, was missing. Broken Shower, NO hot water. Location - somewhere between the slums. Restaurant- it was a joke. One u get inside, mood to eat get killed. Tasteless food. Lots of noise during night because of the phone in lobby, which keep on ringing during night.

My parents visited this property. They are senior citizens. Facilities are the worst in this property. Service is pathetic. Food is pathetic. The bathroom geyser was not working, when the property was informed about the same they insisted to use cold water, after much request they gave them heating immersion rod. Restaurant was unhygienic. There is a banquet in the hotel where there is no regulation in noise level at any time of the day and night. My parents could not sleep till 3 in the morning and finally they had to get down to the reception for making the complain. We booked the property at the rate of Rs. 2500 per night but the appropriate price is not worth even a penny. The staff in inconsiderate. They don't even have the courtesy to treat senior citizens with respect. They did not provide kettle in the room, no tea bags etc. Please dont book this hotel. Pathetic experience. Terrible property.
