Exceptional service. The air conditioning of the whole floor was not working properly at one time but it was fixed promptly by the attentive staff. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel was our final resting point after a three day vacation in Chitwan. We chose this hotel to stay because of it's proximity to the airport. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the security who informed us that the hotel reception and restaurant (Mynt), were on the sixth floor. Once we were checked in, we were given a nice room with a panoramic view of Bharatpur city, on the 9th floor. Our first impression of the hotel was it's contemporary feel and smartly designed interiors. The rooms are spacious, the bedsheets were king sized, comfortable and had spotless white bed linen. The bathroom too was nice, with running hot and cold water, shower cubicle and basin, with complimentary toiletries. The towels supplied were clean and white. The air conditioning is efficient and the air conditioning technician was prompt to attend to our queries. The restaurant, Mynt, is an amazing place serving a wide range of food. The food is freshly prepared and we wasted no time in digging into our Biriyani. The complimentary breakfast is quite well laid out too, with fresh juices, cut fruit, and an array of Continental and Indian breakfast items. There is absolutely no doubt that Vivanta Hotel of Bharatpur stands out as an "A" grade hotel. We are thankful to the staff and Duty Manager, who made the experience a memorable one.

Was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, which helped me sleep well. The location was ideal—close to local attractions and public transportation. All in all a solid choice for a short stay. improvement in certain areas like internet speed and meal variety.

We traveled to Bharatpur, Nepal for a wedding. That was an amazing experience in itself. The hotel recommended to us was Vivanta Chitwan and what a great hotel to stay for a few days! Each day we started with a delicious breakfast, highly recommend the masala omelette! The jewel of the experience was the hotel staff. Attentive and always helpful, they arranged transport for us, arranged a safari in the Chitwan National Park and greeted us with smiles always! I highly recommend this hotel for any visit to this beautiful location. Namaste

The Vivanta is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making you feel right at home. We were served by Min and pratik which was above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The food at the restaurant is top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience - definitely deserving of 5 stars!
