The hotel location is great, the rooms are clean, but the staff are hard to deal with

住了三天 熱水不熱是個問題 其他都很好

이 부티크 호텔은 조용하고 깨끗하며 중앙에 위치해 있습니다. 훌륭한 아침 식사도. 나는 이스탄불에서 내가 가장 좋아하는 두 곳인 Eminonu(이집트 시장, Spice Bazaar, Sulaymaniye 모스크)와 Galata로 걸어가고 싶었기 때문에 그곳에 두 번 머물렀습니다. 호텔 매니저인 Sevim과 그녀의 팀인 Mustafa와 Mehtap은 반응이 좋고 상냥했습니다(정말 따뜻하고 훌륭했습니다!). 예를 들어, Sevim은 내가 이스탄불에 처음 도착했을 때 자발적으로 HES 코드를 적용하여 나라를 더 쉽게 여행할 수 있게 해주었습니다. 그리고 그들은 이스탄불 외곽으로 여행하는 동안 두 달 동안 큰 여행 가방을 들고 있었습니다. 나는 다시 거기에 머물 것이고 그것을 강력히 추천합니다.

The very rude receptionist (Irfan) wanted to scam us to pay almost 500€ more for a prepaid room. It's even more funny that though we are actually owners of a travel agency and we personally confirmed reservation over a month ago with our hotel supplier, and they made contact with hotel immediately, though hotel still wanted extra payment. Just lol.

Conveniently located in one of the better suburbs of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. Close enough to a main road but not close that close where the noise of busy traffic interferes with your stay. Shopping both high end and bargain hunting is close by. Grand Bazaar is a 14min walk over the Galata bridge. A cute boutique 4 story hotel with Rooms that are very clean and comfortable. As expected anywhere in Turkey hotel staff are extremely accomodating to your needs and are happy to provide you with what else you may require. Definitely will rebook upon my next visit.

The hotel has an excellent location and that is all. It advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, but it's a 2 star hotel at best. While on my honeymoon, I was scared for my wife's and my own safety staying there... after only four hours. Minor Problems: The elevator doesn't work and most of the services listed are not available. When we got to our room there was no hand soap, the hair dryer smoked when turned on, and there was hair all over the floor and bed. When we went to the front desk, the attendant told us all of the problems were fine, and he got angry that we complained. After much debate about the lack of soap, the attendant solved the problem by giving us a bottle of liquid dish soap from the staff room and told us not to bother him again. I asked if we could change to an equivalent room or an upgrade because of all the problems and he said no or you can rebook for $500 more per night. Again these are the minor problems. Major Problems: I later went down to let him know that there were no batteries in the tv remote only to find three men counting cash at a table in the lobby. The attendant told me I was becoming a problem, and that if I had any more issues, I should call instead of coming to the desk because it is dangerous. The implication was that these ********s counting the cash ran the hotel, and I was making him look bad. He then pointed to a bandage on his arm and shushed me away. As I went back to my room, the electricity went out on our floor. I called the front desk 4 times over the next hour to no answer. At this point, I no longer felt safe and found a new hotel a few minutes away. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I've never written a review for anything, but I though you should be warned about this scam of a hotel.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! There is nothing they can’t do, anything I wanted they were more than happy to help! They really made my stay enjoyable and stress free. The hotel in itself is very nice. The fixture and fittings are of a high quality with heating floors and mirrors in the bathroom. The spa facilities are also very good the stream room and sauna are great after a busy day out in a hectic city like Istanbul. The hotels location is very central with Taksim square only a five minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the local vicinity so you will never go bored or hungry! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and next time I’m in Istanbul I will only stay here! Thank you so much for making my stay an amazing experience!

They post to be the breakfast included and parking lot none of them but people inside was nice manager was very nice hotel was OK only the problem is no parking lot no breakfast the otherwise good
