프레임 갈라타 호텔(Centre Sweet Rooms)

QUESTO POSTO ANDREBBE CHIUSO Partiamo dal dire che la struttura è collocata nella parte centrale di Galata, a due passi dalle vie commerciali e dalla Torre. Peccato che la posizione sia l’unico aspetto positivo di questo “hotel”. Al nostro arrivo il personale ci accompagna letteralmente nella zona cantine al piano interrato dove tra un ripostiglio delle scope e l’altro sono state ricavate due “camere” che vengono vendute a 100 euro a notte. Le condizioni della stanza erano letteralmente penose. A causa della fortissima umidità si erano create macchie di muffa sul soffitto del bagno e spaccature lungo tutti i muri attorno al letto e alla scrivania, situazione che rendeva l’ambiente particolarmente insalubre. Particolare, inoltre, la scelta di non intonacare alcune delle pareti della stanza con l’obiettivo di donare all’ambiente un finto tocco “industrial”. Ulteriore nota dolente: il bagno, assolutamente trasandato e con sanitari vecchi e incrostati di calcare. Addirittura, non usciva l’acqua fredda dal lavandino. Non credo che questa stanza sia da ritenersi “agibile”: una visita dei servizi sanitari presumibilmente farebbe chiudere l’intera struttura. DA EVITARE

fraud hotel! dont book this one. i booked this hotel via booking and they withdraw the money from my credit card even though i cancel it for free. they told me that they are doing the preauthorization but NO! they withdraw the funds. si be carefull when booking this hotel and hotels in istanbul in general.

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION IN THIS HOTEL. They will charged your credit card and not give you the money back ever. I made my reservation thur *********** and this hotel decided to charged my card 3 months and 20 days before my arrival to IST. Calling the hotel or emailing them was a waste of time. Calling *********** too but after many calls, emails and 11 days, *********** gave me my money back since the hotel didn’t. Mind you I had to write to all *********** CEO’s and VP and everyone in order for booking to pay attention to my issue, this hotel charged was done Dec 16, I canceled the reservation on Dec 18, and finally got my money back on Dec 29, 2023, in Christmas season. DO NOT RENT ON THIS HOTEL. Definetly NOT USING BOOKING AGAIN EITHER.

Booked this hotel based on great booking reviews (9.0). I do regret a lot as it’s very basic 2 star, more like bed and breakfast. The only 2 positive things are: location (which is amazing) and hotel staff (folks are going extra mile to help you) + nice to have fridge in the room Rest is terrible (we stayed in room 202) 1) everything is super basic, so think about the cheapest furniture you can buy - it will be there 2) door handles are broken, locks not operating properly either 3) toilet flush button broken as well so water keep running all the time 4) cracks on the ceiling and walls 5) very strong detergent smell when we entered the room which stayed for 10+ hours 6) soundproof? Don’t think this word can be used as you can literally hear everything happening in the street and at the hotel Overall - was ok to survive for one night but will not stay there again. I’m sure you can find much better places for €100/night

I cannot understand the high rate of reviews for what is essentially a hovel. I turned up in the early morning due to flight schedule and was taken up several steep flights of dirty stairs to a room that was filthy. There had obviously been a water leak as laminate flooring was buckled and unevenly raised, potentially causing danger. There was a very nasty stain on the sofa and the bed was just nasty. The bathroom was full of mould. I refused to stay and made contact with ***********. I chatted quite amicable to the night manager who assured me I would be refunded. This was not the case. The owner stole my money and refused d to refund. After several months *********** did refund me and i am very grateful. Unfortunately, having been a frequent visitor to Istanbul, I do not feel I will return. The standard of hotels has deteriorated beyond measure. The Frame being a prime example. Do not believe positive reviews, my experience is an honest and truthful account. Perhaps booking com would ensure that cancellation policies are transparent rather than at the whim of fraudsters? The policy says, and the night manager told me, 1 night would be forfeited, not 8 days! The owner of this establishment is an utter disgrace

SCAM!!! Do not book at this hotel since they charge you in advance without having to and even if you cancel, they do not return your money ESTAFA!!! no reservar en este hotel ya que te cobran con antelación sin tener por qué y aunque canceles no te devuelven tu dinero

Lovely cozy boutique hotel located in Galata area The room we had a great kitchen with all amenities The staff was realy helpful and caring of every detail Breakfast served to The room that is another plus because you have kitchen Finaly it is highly recommended
