Premier Inn London Bexleyheath

Normally I would rate the rooms at the Premier Inn quite highly. However, since the Pandemic the standard I've come to expect is lacking. The rooms are no longer cleaned well. There was a few spots of mould in the baths tile surround; and the sink overflow looked like he'll. Nothing that a good glug of bleach wouldn't resolve. I discovered that the mattress cover and pillow protectors had not been changed for some time (all badly stained). However, the hotel wasted no time in providing clean linen and an aploogy. I was even offered a change of room.; but I opted to stay with the clean linen. As I said, this chain is normally so good I can only put the recent experiences down to staff shortages. But it has put me off staying in hotels and will opt to go home after an event.

The location was central and very convenient for my visit. I had not been to Bexleyheath for many years. My room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The WiFi worked effectively. The staff were friendly and helpful. Meals were filling. I used the reception area to wait for friends. The Dining Room is vast!

Sofia and Nisha was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. I then met the chef Steven who was very nice and his food was amazing. Highly recommended coming here. The whole restaurant was very clean and tidy. The drinks were very nice. Will definitely be coming here again

Sami and Sobia made my say very welcoming and very helpful with I had a small problems they solved it very quickly and without any fuss thanks. I would be happy to say again good staff are hard to find you need to work had to keep them and you do have two staff you need to keep.

Everything was really OK for the price. The staff was kind, Josephine was very nice to our children, the breakfast was good. For two nights the family room was perfect for us. I like this style of modern but affordable places for short trips… :)
