마쉰호텔(Marchenhotel)

Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the area. The breakfast was good, but we had dinner at the restaurant and that was mediocre at best. Some of it looked to be a possible short staffed issue.

I can recomend this from my heart, the staff is wonderful warm hearted and perfect service. I will return here for sure. Good breakfast and the food is so good i had three different sallad so good. All i can say is perfect and close to everything

Fantastic hotel in the most perfect location. Very clean - the beds were a bit hard. Very good restaurant and the best service. We’ll be back.

Great hotel with the friendliest staff. The location is absolutely perfect with all the shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the castle. Breakfast had everything we could want and more. We chose the romantic room which had an awesome tub and cool vibe. Would definitely recommend this hotel especially if it's your first time in the area. It's just really easy to get around with the comfort of having a nice relaxing a**osphere at the end of the day.

Toller Service

Quel que soit le prix de la chambre, celle-ci sont toutes confortables, fonctionnelles et très propres. Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel et sympathique en particulier mademoiselle Souad qui parle très bien le Français. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel de par le choix et la fraîcheur des produits proposé. Nous y rentournerons avec un grand plaisir.

Mycket trevligt och bra boende. Rummen är olika teman och var fint inredda. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Bästa boendet på resan. Kommer hit igen.

Hier genoten van een warme lunch, kaart is wat beperkt en in verhouding duur. Zowel de kip en de varkenswangen waren goed van smaak en de porties flink . De salade was ook lekker. De bediening was erg vriendelijk. Je zit er ruim en de zaak is leuk ingericht.

3° Séjour. Toutes les chambres sont décorées sur un thème différent de comptes de fées. Même les chambres standard avec douche sont parfaitement équipées et on une taille supérieure à 20 m². C'est donc très confortable et très propres. les chambres supérieures disposent souvent d'un jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est frais et excellent. le personnel est professionnel et très avenant, en particulier la réceptionniste qui parle plusieurs langues dont le Français et est très soucieuse de la satisfaction du client. Notre chambre préférée, Blanche Neige.
