Estrel Berlin은 인상적인 호텔입니다. 객실은 넓고 편안합니다. 서비스는 전문적이고 정중합니다. 조식 뷔페는 다양하고 맛있는 요리를 제공합니다. 호텔의 위치는 대중교통과 관광명소와 가까워 편리합니다. 전반적으로 베를린에서의 쾌적한 숙박을 위해 추천할 만한 호텔입니다.

Das Hotel wirbt als IBIS Potsdamerplatz, hat aber rein gar nichts damit zu tun. Ca. 1200m entfernt, also näher am Checkpoint Charlie als am Potsdamer Platz. Ärgerlich war das, weil ich eine schwere Unfallverletzung habe und mich echt quälen musste, die 1200m mit Gepäck zu laufen.. Dafür können die Mitarbeiter im Hotel nichts. Sie waren allesamt freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind schlicht. Ist eben ein ”Budget” Hotel. Dafür war aber alles i.O. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und lecker, allerdings nicht besonders umfangreich. Für den Preis angemessen. Vom Hotel kommt man mit der S-Bahn gut weg und überall hin. Berlin eben.

We stayed 3 nights, had to change rooms right away after check in because we were given a room with a view onto an old, dirty roof with construction type lights shining into the room. The room had burn spots from cigarettes on the carpet. We had booked breakfast included but were given some excuse why the booking could not be processed with breakfast. The large conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty and even after my husband pointed it out to the service team member it was not refilled. The morning of the second day I adjusted the comforter sheets only to reveal a yellow stained comforter underneath. I asked for it to be changed but without success. Easy to say I did not slep well that night. With Sheraton in its name, every such hotel should pride itself to have extremely confortable mattresses. Not here. There rooms are dated and dingy. Please do not stay there. There are many hotels that are much better and cheaper too. I will spare you the photos, it may get the hotel shut down.

지하철 정류장 바로 옆에 있어 도시 곳곳으로 쉽게 이동할 수 있는 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 체크포인트 찰리에서도 단 2정거장 떨어져 있습니다. 객실은 매우 편안하고 아늑합니다. 모든 직원은 친절했고 호텔에 멋진 바가 있습니다.

위치와 호텔 자체는 훌륭합니다. 다음에 여기에 머무를 것입니다. 강조하고 싶은 두 가지 점이있었습니다. 먼저 내가 얻은 첫 번째 방에 작은 문제가있었습니다. 지적하자마자 새 방을 즉시 얻었습니다. 문제를 해결하는 매우 건설적인 방법. 나는 그것을 고맙게 생각한다. 둘째, 직원의 태도, 그들은 도움이되고 당신이 요구하는 모든 것을 설명합니다.

중앙역이랑 가까움 걸어서 5분이면 금방감 인터시티답게 방이나 시설은 독일 내 호텔에서 꽤 괜찮은 편이고 베를린 인터시티는 대중교통 티켓도 포함하는거 같은데 난 쓸 일이 없어서 생각도 안했음 셀프체크인해서 딱히 뭐 받은 것도 없고 말도안했는데 체크아웃할 때 환불해줬음

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
